The hotel is near to the Metro train and restaurants. It is so accessible
They don't clean the hotel everyday and collect used towels. The water temperature in the shower room changes so abruptly from hot to cold and the adjustment of water temperature takes longer

Very good location close to the Vatican.
From the four bedrooms only 2 of the air conditions worked. So we had to sleep in this heat. I contacted reception several times, and a guy came to check it but nothing changed. Then I asked for a fan because we were dying in the heat but it was a very small one. One of the rooms has no hot water. The noise of the pump/water heater was horrendous. The apartment was not cleaned properly and some of the furniture was broken.
