BED AND BATH DETAILS
There are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 1 is an upstairs master suite with a private bathroom with separate tub and shower. French doors lead to a private balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet place to retreat with a good book after a day at the beach. The other bedrooms have queen beds and are tastefully decorated using Florida-inspired artists and modern prints.
EXTERIOR
This gorgeous Island home offers a private heated pool, a partially covered lanai and a gas grill. Multiple balconies offer a great place to rest and relax. Just a brief stroll to the Gulf beaches and a short distance to Bridge street where you will find many shops and restaurants - you simply wont' be able to decide what to do with your days. You are also located close to two gulf front restaurants.
** Please note all of our pools and pool and pool equipment are closely monitored by the pool company for your safety, we kindly ask that the controls not be tampered with. Due to the island's strict 10pm noise ordinance, the pool heaters will not run overnight. We do our best to ensure that the pools are heated to a temperature of 82 degrees however, please be aware that even in Central Florida we do occasionally get cold spells for a few nights in a row. This will cause the pool water temperature to draw down to in the 70's. The pump will kick on each morning and begin re-heating of the pool back to 82, which may take several days depending on the severity of the cold spell.

I love that the pool isn’t on the same floor as the main living for safety reasons! They have so much beach equipment and beach towels. We did have issues with not enough wash clothes or kitchen towels. We also had a bed that had sand in the sheets. They did bring more linens a few days later. Would love next time to have a mop, more than one pan and an iron. Great location, close to the beach. Overall wonderful! We will be back!

Cleaning crew was still there at 4:00, check-in time. Overall, the house was clean, besides some sheets which had not been cleaned/changed. Perfect for our family & close to the beach, for my 90 year old aunt to walk. Lots of beach toys, wagon, & umbrellas. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty towels for the beach & showers.It was nice to have separate areas to spread out, when needed.

Had talked with Jennifer at the rental agency 4 times prior to arriving. When asking to check in early Jennifer said that they were installing fans and lights and it might not be ready for early check in. This is understandable however, I asked her 2x if the installation of the fans and lights were going to be a problem and she replied no not at all the house is ready. When we arrived the house was covered in plastic and painters were painting. No lights were connected outside and had exposed wires along with construction debris in the foyer at the front door which made it very difficult to see the key pad to enter the house in the dark. After complaining by phone with no return calls back I started paper trail of emails. They came on our 3rd day to remove the plastic and the painters continued to paint the other side of the house. Very uncomfortable trying to enjoy the back yard when painters are on ladders overlooking us with the radio plasting loud enough that we had a hard time talking to each other. I also called and emailed about the dining table on the patio. It was very unstable and if you touched it, it would shift 6 inches. It was dangerous and we could not sit outside and enjoy the view of the ocean and play games as my family does everytime we get together. My daughter sat in one of the end chairs outside at the dining table and the table collapsed on the ground and the chairs stopped the larger piece from crushing her legs and or feet. I'm not going to nit pick at other small details but this is not what we expected. The table by the pool was unstable and only 1 chair for a 4 bedroom home. After they finally removed the plastic and fixed the table then hurricane Nicole hit. This was not their problem however we could not enjoy the beginning of the trip because all the issues with the house and then mother nature took the last few days we had to enjoy the house.
The inside of the house was beautiful but, I did not come down to Florida to sit inside and look out at the view through plastic covered windows nor to sit at an unstable dining table on the patio. The rental agency offered me a small refund of 700.00 on the last night of our vacation after questioning this issue numerous times. I accepted it so I may put this vacation behind me.
Not expecting this from a premier host listing.
