A comfortable stopover

We were a little late and the receptionist phoned us on the way to give us details for check-in. We arrived as they were closing up but they stayed to make sure we were settled in before they left - really nice. We've stopped here before and this studio was just as good with bed table and chairs, a little kitchenette with all the essentials to prepare a simple meal, a pleasant bathroom and a nice balcony. Easy parking on site, too.

great hotel for this price

The room was clean. Very well equipped, no problem to cook, everything necessary was available. The area around was clean and calm, despite the chaos that is happening in the city. I felt like in a boarding house, where I came to get peace of mind.

Close to the business school, but the property was not clean and overpriced. Cannot recommend.

The place is very close to the business school and well-connected by bus. I arrived a bit early, but the host kindly allowed me to check in ahead of time. This was lucky, however, as the reception is usually closed between 12 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The condition of the property did not fully match the photos provided. The unit was not thoroughly clean upon arrival. Small ants were initially present in the bathroom and later appeared in the bedroom during the night, including on the bed. As there is no reception available at night, no assistance was possible. Several facilities showed signs of wear — the bedroom door could not be closed due to damage, and the sofa had visible dirt.

Nice place to stay in a quiet area!

The location is amazing on a quiet area but you need to have a car to reach all the places, it’s not possible to walk anywhere. Considering that this was the cheapest place we found on booking with good reviews for our stay during the last week of June it was a good value for the money.

Please be careful that if you stay here during summer (like we did) it can get very hot and there’s no AC so you will be sweating a lot. That’s the only downside of the place in our opinion.

Ok accommodation but very Overpriced

The property was nicely located close to the driveway, the system to get in (even with late check in) was good and easy. The view of the balcony was nice.

The room doesn’t have AC, which is very important in the summer, that was disappointing. The sofa-bed was not made, and it was somewhat hard to do, we booked for 4 people so it should have been prepared. The room was hot, the shower was extremely small. The beds were not super comfortable. Besides the AC, all the others could be “ignored” if it wasn’t for the price! The value for price is very bad, it’s not worth that much.

When we arrived in the room there was bad odour coming from the bathroom. I guess no one used the room for a long time.

Thé telephone number given in the envelope did not work. Thank goodness a tenant helped us!

Value for money

Easy to access the location with car. Have small terrace to sit outside during nice weather. The property has washing machine (includes washing detergent) and drier which could be used at a cost of 3.50€(washing) / 2€(drier), so nothing to worry about laundry for people during long stay. WiFi and parking is very good. Travelled with family (kid 7 years old)

Shower area is quite challenging (very small) and got hurt due to very limited space.

I return here when I am working at my workplace here

it is a simple location, but it is within walking distance from my work destination. it is clean, has cooking facilities in each room. this is what I really do need

Very good

The place where the studio is located is very peaceful and quiet, surrounded by forest. Kitchen is well equipped, cooking simple meals is not a problem. Lady at the reception was super nice, friendly, polite and helpful.

Room was really cold when we arrived and took to long to warm up. Shower is very small( for pregnant women would be problem to get in) and the shower head keep falling from the handle what is a bit dangerous.

We didn’t have AC and therefore couldn’t sleep normally. It was way hotter in the room than outside. Also, would be great to have wine glasses and a bottle of water for arrival.

People can come late in the evening and the instructions sent by the host for collecting the keys are clear.

Good location, comfortable apartment and helpful staff.

On the weekend don't have reception. We got one soap, shower gel and toilet paper for 3 days. There was an information that if we need more, we need to say. But it's not possible if nobody there.
