You'll feel welcomed and right at home as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is comfortably decorated with light & airy charm. The kitchen is complete with everything you'll need to prepare and serve meals. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on the flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed for your guest to enjoy. Of course don't forget about the screened in lanai that offers plenty of comfortable seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice and newspaper.
With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and we'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.
NOTE: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited inside the unit, on patios, and on the property's premises. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean, healthy, and safe living environment for all guests.
Rates are based on double occupancy, additional guest rates will apply.

Very nice neighborhood that is central to everything. When I called management, they responded promptly. I didn't use the golf cart so I cant comment about that. It had everything I needed to make my stay pleasant.

My husband and I spent the month of April at the house. We had an enjoyable stay, the home was in a good location, was clean and well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet, the neighbors we met were friendly and helpful. It was our first time staying in the Villages, so it took some time getting the acclimated, but we found more than enough activities to keep us busy, some fun executive golf courses close by that were easy to get tee times for. Overall we would recommend this home.
