This beautiful home is located in one of the newest neighborhoods, Marsh Bend. Marsh Bend is located near the Brownwood Paddock Square. The Town Squares are one of the most popular attractions of the community where you'll find shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and free live entertainment nightly! When you are ready for a day of fun in the sun, the Cattail Recreation area is a short golf ride away. Cattail Recreation Area will also provide us with an all new way to try some tasty Food Truck fare, located along the Hogeye Pedestrian Path, a beautiful 16 mile pedestrian path that will allow you to be one with nature.
You'll feel welcomed and relaxed as soon you open the front door to your home away from home. This home is beautifully decorated with comfort in mind and boasts a bright open floor plan. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals or entertain new friends. The living room offers comfortable seating to enjoy your favorite television shows on TV. The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet, and a private master bath with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed & TV for your guests to relax & enjoy. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. In the evening, head out to your private lanai which is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities or relaxing with friends before heading off to the Brownwood Paddock Square to enjoy an evening of FREE live entertainment.
This home comes complete and includes BBQ grill & WiFi internet connection. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.
This home is made for fun! Just bring your suitcase and We'll provide the 'key' for enjoyment.

This is the second year we spent a month at The Villages. The home was quite comfortable. Some items were well stocked others were not. There were no baking sheets, very few drinking glasses, no hand soap or tissues. A quick trip to the store solved the problem. The neighbors were quiet and friendly.The location was great. We loved being close to the rec center and grocery store. Edna's on the Green was a frequent destination. The walking trail was beautiful. The only disappointment was the TV. We do not have any streaming services, so TV selection was somewhat limited. Who goes to Florida to watch TV?

The rental was nicely equipped for daily needs. The several cable TVs were very welcomed. It is in a new and safe area with nearby shopping. Any issues were tended to quickly and effectively.
The guest room needs some clothing storage furniture and a mirror!
