This patio villa has been extensively renovated for your comfort! New luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, with new tile in the bathrooms. New vanities in both baths, as well as new lighting and mirrors. New tiled shower in the master bath. New quartz countertops in the kitchen. New 2” faux wood blinds throughout. New recessed lighting in the kitchen. New ceiling fans throughout. It’s beautiful, clean and modern! Almost forgot to mention the 65” smart TV in the living room that is mounted on the wall above the electric fireplace! Ambiance!

A Delightful and Comfortable Stay in The Villages!What a wonderful home! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home was so thoughtfully stocked with everything you could possibly need — pots, pans, a coffee maker, ice trays, and even a cooler. It was clear that every detail had been considered to make guests feel right at home.The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It's always reassuring to know someone is just a message away if you need anything.The home was also beautifully quiet, making it the perfect retreat to relax and recharge. We truly felt we had everything we needed and never wanted for a thing.We highly recommend this sweet home to anyone visiting The Villages. We would absolutely stay here again!

Vicki had our guest passes on the kitchen counter when we arrived to her immaculately clean home. Everything in the home was just as advertised. Vicki reached out to us during our stay to make sure things were going well . We loved having the bonus of the golf cart which we used daily. I would love to rent this house again next year when my husband and I figure out dates for another visit!
