The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. The screened in lanai has seating to enjoy your morning coffee or juice. It is also a great place to end a busy day of activities with friends before heading out to the town squares.

A great place to stay. Comfortable and well maintained. The location is close to Spanish Springs and Terra Del Sol Country Club. Dan is a great host and very responsive. The golf cart helps to make this a really nice experience!

We loved this property. The location is perfect for visiting both Spanish Springs and Lake Sumpter Landing, which are our favorite town squares.
The house had everything we needed for our month-long stay. The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed (we cook 90% of our meals). The guest space was well stocked for our visitors.
The golf cart worked perfectly and we made good use of it!
Dan provided all the information we needed to check in and checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure there were no issues (there weren't!).
Would stay again.

The home was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed this home away from home which afforded us to visit with our close friends. Very happy to have the use of the Golf Cart.
