The house was clean, comfortable, and very livable that felt like home. It is in a great location; convenient to shopping and close to two pools. The neighbors immediately adjacent to the house were extremely friendly and helpful. And we are looking forward to returning to the house next year. We needed two small matters attended to and the management company immediately responded to our requests. This was the first time we have spent part of a winter in Florida and the experience we had at the house and in the Villages has left us wanting to spend even more time there next year.

This is not a beautiful rental. The furniture is mismatched, the bathrooms and kitchen are old and dirty. It was not decorated tastefully. There was not even a salad bowl. hardly any decent pots and pans. what was there discusting. The comforters had not been cleaned and had stains. Gross. the carpets were dirty and stained.
