There was plenty of drawer space, closet space, and hangersThe layout is excellentThe large screen TV in the main room was appreciatedThe air conditioning and The WIFI connection worked wellThere was an ample supply of hot waterThere were not enough dish towelsMany of the towels were torn and the edges were frayedOne of the fitted sheets was rough for some reason and one sheet has a red and purple stainThe furnace filter was filthy – There was a box of filters so we replaced the one in the furnaced and left it.There is no pizza cutterThe spatulas were melted and pieces of plastic were coming off when usedThere is only one very large measuring cup for liquids which is difficult for small quantities and impossible for dry ingredients.There are way too many artificial green plants Down Home Properties was very helpful with the few problems we encountered

Our place was wonderful. Loved the location, the villa and the outside courtyard. Very nice place. Would rent again. Met the owners - very nice people. Property is well kept. The microwave broke. Called the owner and they had it replaced within a few days.

Being in The Villages was an exciting time-and being able to stay at this rental enhanced my stay! The small neighborhood is quiet and just a very short distance to Morse, one of the main thoroughfares. I found the interior peaceful and attractive. Everything one could possibly need was there including popular novels and 3 televisions. I loved having the washer and dryer and the well appointed kitchen. There was absolutely no problem with comfort from the beds t the A/C. The management company was polite, helpful and professional. I would definitely return.
