Welcome to Spanish Springs Cozy Cottage, a charming two-bedroom, two-bath home perfectly located in the Village of Del Mar, just a short walk or golf cart ride from Spanish Springs Town Square—the original heart of The Villages®. Whether you`re visiting to enjoy nightly entertainment, championship golf, or simply relax in a comfortable Florida home, this inviting retreat places you in the center of it all.
Thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind, the home features a bright, open floor plan where the living room, dining area, and kitchen flow together, creating the perfect space to relax or entertain. Comfortable furnishings and tasteful décor make it easy to feel right at home from the moment you arrive.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, including cookware, dishes, a coffee maker, blender, crockpot, toaster, and all the everyday essentials. The dining table comfortably seats six, making it perfect for family meals or gathering with friends.
The spacious primary suite features a comfortable queen-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and is conveniently located next to the second full bathroom, which includes a bathtub.
Step outside to the screened lanai, where you`ll find a comfortable seating area—the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or unwind after an evening of music and dancing at the town square.

A golf cart is included for your convenience, making it easy to explore The Villages` extensive network of golf cart paths, recreation centers, golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and nightly entertainment.
Please note that gasoline is not included. Guests are responsible for refueling the golf cart as needed during their stay and returning it with approximately the same fuel level provided at check-in.

The golf cart is provided as a courtesy for registered guests. Prior to use, all drivers must sign the required Golf Cart Waiver. Drivers must possess a valid driver`s license and comply with all applicable laws and community rules. Operation of the golf cart while under the influence of alcohol or any impairing substance is strictly prohibited.
Guests assume full responsibility for the operation of the golf cart during their stay. AJ Home Rentals, AJ Home Concierge, and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, injuries, damages, traffic violations, theft, or losses resulting from the use of the golf cart. Any damage to the golf cart or loss of equipment during the rental period is the responsibility of the guest. Additional terms and conditions are outlined in the Golf Cart Waiver.

Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.
Unauthorized cats in the property may result in:
Deep cleaning charges
Allergen remediation charges
Penalty fees between $500 and $1,000
Additional charges for damages, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements
