About this villa rental
Unique villa in a fantastic location!!! Open sky with beautiful sunsets, easily see rocket ships many times!!! Rio Grande family pool a walk away. Spanish Springs Town Square a 7-min golf cart ride, Lake Sumter a 15-min golf cart ride away! This Villa is so conveniently located for all your shopping needs!!!
The villa itself is spacious and has an oversized glassed in Lanai w/queen sleeper pull out couch and privacy doors. Samsung smart TV w/surround sound in living room, smart TV in master bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, there are plenty of bath towels, 4 pool towels, and extra bedding.
The Villages is considered the largest community in the country for golf but there’s more…pickle ball, tennis, beach tennis, archery, sand bag toss are just an example of some of the activities. There is live music every night in each town square between 5-9 pm.
We live in a close by neighborhood and take pride in responding to any needs or wants you may have!!!
