Great location for our holiday visit to the Villages. Close to shopping, golf and other activities. Property was clean and well stocked with items for cooking. Appreciated the property manager texting answers to our questions in a timely manner! Thank you!

Everything about my stay was perfect - in some cases, I'd say life-altering. The Villages in Florida was perhaps the best 30 days of my life. Too much to detail, but the lifestyle, amenities, activities, facilities, infrastructure, people, are all indescribably awesome. The 2 bedroom villa that I rented for the month was excellent - well-maintained, beautifully renovated, well-equipped. And Down Home Properties made it all very easy.
