Quiet, close to beech, 5-10 minutes to amusements, take aways, shops, fuel, Google maps a must have, many routes to same location.
Nothing not to like, a shower would be a bonus, but a bath, and lots of hot water suffices.

Easy of access to property. Ease of access to the beach. Cute little property.
One of the double beds needs a new mattress as was way to soft. The other bed room door needs a little bit taking off as sticks. Suggestion write up notes how to use fire. My hubby struggled.
