The hottub is great & private, my 8 year old daughters loved it!! The caravan is modern & set out nicely.
The only thing I would say is, I think maybe the floor in the bathroom is starting to rot, it feels really spongy under foot & weak, probably wants replacing soon.

Handy for where I needed to be
The booking.com listing did not mention that there was an extra charge for the hot tub - the hot tub was included in the list of facilities. I chose this property because of the hot tub and ‘sea view ‘ (yes, you can see the sea in the distance from the side door).
The hot tub charge is mentioned at the bottom of the blurb about Sykes cottages, so you need to click on the link to Sykes and read this, rather than to rely on the booking.com property listing.
There was an issue with kitchen equipment- I left a note for the owner about this.
