Amazing , clean , great location

Comfy, clean and value for money with a convenient location x
Close to the seafront, Great size Clean bedding kitchen and bathroom
Seemed to also be some choice characters in the area / bedsit looking properties. Which obvs the host has no control over Resident above threw paracetamol wrappers into the courtyard twice which we had to clean up Carpets looked like needed cleaning

Ideal for couples, good location but not ideal for babies/ young children.
Good points: - clear instruction on entry - when we had a question the host answered her phone quickly to provide response. - location is ideal approx 10 minute walk to the centre - parking scratchcards included so this made it easier for the unloading the car. - comfy bed.
We traveled with our baby who is nearly one we requested high chair and travel cot, they was left in shed so subsequently the high chair was dirty and looked like it had damp/ mould on. We chose to eat out instead. - the floors looked like they hadn’t been hovered and we felt uncomfortable to let our baby crawl everywhere when it was not clean. Really could have done with a proper clean between guests as we felt this hasn’t been done for example crisp on the floor and an earring left on the side. If it was just us travelling as a couple we wouldn’t have been too concerned.

Good location and very clean!
Lovely place and very comfortable bed! Owner was really kind to put the sofa bed up for us. Very clean and parking was easy and included a free parking permit!
Bedroom tv wasn’t working properly Small garden area needed a bit of work as could be a lovely place to sit out with a drink Kitchen needed an update perhaps but it was fine for what we needed for 2 nights!
