Good
Lovely little cottage, plenty of room for us all. Close to local amenities and Scarborough, very handy as a base for days out
Road noise was terrible, most nights it had us awake, trucks going past etc shook the house. Lots of dust in main bed room, on the bed frame and on top of all the drawers, we cleaned it ourselves. Parking was horrendous, there was a small festival going on so we parked on the roadside, along with other cars, and also did the same the day after as my daughter was having a massive allergic reaction and had to be carried to the house. Was wonderful to wake up to a snotty email, after a neighbour had complained.

lack of parking. a neighbour further down the road asked us not to park on the road but to use grassed areas. not sure what Scarborough council would have to say about that however! he was not a happy chappy, he’s lived on that road over 40 years. we felt bad upsetting him.

Happy holiday
We liked everything. The cottage was really lovely an comfortable. We really enjoyed our time and will recommend to all our friends.
The only point would be parking. But we managed to park across the road.
