Lovely little cottage, plenty of room for us all.
Close to local amenities and Scarborough, very handy as a base for days out
Road noise was terrible, most nights it had us awake, trucks going past etc shook the house.
Lots of dust in main bed room, on the bed frame and on top of all the drawers, we cleaned it ourselves.
Parking was horrendous, there was a small festival going on so we parked on the roadside, along with other cars, and also did the same the day after as my daughter was having a massive allergic reaction and had to be carried to the house. Was wonderful to wake up to a snotty email, after a neighbour had complained.
