The hotel is right next to the Palais de Congress which was very convenient. Also next door were 3-4 good restaurants. Breakfast was good at 16 euro. Staff was polite and helpful. Comfortable bed. Bathroom also fine. Short walk to metro (yellow line).
Smallest room I've ever stayed in, and I've traveled A LOT. Was a bit shocked when I walked in the room, one step through the door and you hit the bed! Carpets and drapes could use a deep clean. Elevator broken last 2 days.

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom had a bathtub and everything worked perfectly. We returned every day after seeing the sights to a pleasant and restful place so we were happy. The location was excellent. Well connected with the metro and bus stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us understand the transport system. Everyone spoke excellent English. There were several dining options nearby. We were anxious before our trip because it was our first time in Paris and were relieved to find everyone being so nice and helpful.
