very convenient location

Location was perfect facade looks so nice - as you expect from a nice parisian hotel the room was fair - the minimum necessary if you are only looking for a place to sleep (beds, heating, ensuite)

We really enjoyed our Paris visit and a big part was the hospitality shown to us by the staff and the comfortable stay!

The room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. The bathroom had a bathtub and everything worked perfectly. We returned every day after seeing the sights to a pleasant and restful place so we were happy. The location was excellent. Well connected with the metro and bus stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped us understand the transport system. Everyone spoke excellent English. There were several dining options nearby. We were anxious before our trip because it was our first time in Paris and were relieved to find everyone being so nice and helpful.

Compact hotel rooms

We stayed at this hotel twice as it was central to a tour we were doing. Rooms are quite small, but always clean. A kettle and small fridge were in both rooms. There is a bus stop Annie Flore within metres of the hotel which takes you directly to the Gare de Nord train station. (Nearest metro is a walk and wasn't operating when we were there). There is a lovely boulangerie in the interchangestreet. There are also several small grocery shops nearby. Pizza shop downstairs does lovely pizzas. Plenty of restaurants in the area to choose from.

This hotel is not suitable for anyone with large luggage as rooms and hallways are small. Breakfast is available, but boulangerie is better and you have a kettle in the room. We found the floor surfaces in the room a little uneven.

It’s very well located. Although at a busy street, it’s quiet. It’s clean, bed is comfortable and reception staff very helpful and lovely.

The room is tiny, difficult to move with 2 people and luggage around.

Breakfast was fine and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Location was good for our purpose.

Elevator was too small as were the hallways. Rooms were also small. Elevator did not reach our 4th floor room so we had to use stairs for last floor.

A short night in a little room

The Hotel is located very conveniently, close to many tube stations. Though in a very noisy area, you don't hear the noise of the street through the window.

The bed is smaller and narrower than usual, and inserted between 2 walls; the elevator is stopping one floor below the room level, and you have to climb very narrow stairs with your luggage; the air conditioning is smelling badly; the bathroom is so tiny that you have to sit down while avoiding the basin. It was the most expensive night I had on booking in Paris in 2025

Location

I booked this hotel for being 3 minutes away from the Paris-Beauvais shuttle and from the photos and reviews on the site, it seemed just fine for 1 night. I was traveling with my husband and grandparents and booked 2 rooms. When we got there, the receptionist told us there are 2 sides of the building, and to access the left side (4th floor), where our room was, we had to get off the elevator on the 3rd floor and then take the stairway, which was a narrow, spiral staircase (not very suitable or accessible for old people or luggages). When we got to the room, the floor was tilted, so when you sat on the bed it seemed like you were slowly falling from it. It looked like an old attic turned into a room. The bathroom wasn't very clean and with an old tub which was kind of difficult to access (my husband actually slipped and fell in it, cut his leg on the nicked glass). At night you could hear every noise from the street (it was actually noisy from the bars and restaurants nearby). All in all, definitely not worth the money! Very expensive for what it has to offer!

There was no view from our room, not that important. We were on the fourth floor, but the lift only went to the third floor, so we had to carry our luggage up and down.

The room was very dirty, especially the shower. There was visible dirt on almost everything, and the room was drab, cramped, and dark. Decided against trying the breakfast after seeing the level of hygiene in the hotel as a whole.

Bathroom was very small but was clean. Hotel is located 400 yard from bus stop if you are going to Paris Beauvais airport.

Great choice for your Paris visit.

Location, size & facilities were just right. Matched with friendly staff. Less than a ten minute walk to the metro station and about 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Two small supermarkets and bakery's very near by and a pharmacy across the road. Breakfast at the hotel is good value taking into account the cost of breakfast at the nearest cafe.

There could have been more Coffee capsules left in the room. Drinks at the bar are very expensive.
