Small but nevertheless very pleasant cottage with its large raised wooden terrace of 30m², facing south-west where it is good to relax. The beach and shops are within walking distance at 500m. The small seaside resort of Donville-les-Bains has many facilities including a beautiful beach (supervised swimming in season), a sailing relay and a recent marine thalasso spa (500m away). Granville 2 km away: boarding for the Chausey and Jersey islands, thalasso, sailing school, Dior museum, Museum of Modern Art, Les Sorties de bain Festival, Carnival (February). Granville train station is nearby and accessible on foot (about 1.5 km)
