Outstanding View
Outstanding View! having the coffee in the morning in the terrace or a drink watching sunset on the sea view was out of this world. Apartment was really in a good central location. Public parking about 3 mins away (sometimes hard to find a vacant one). The apartment was really clean and quite equipped with anything you will need.
Only thing we didn't like was that you have to go through one bedroom to go to the other (which wasn't clear on the pics or the description), will be perfect with families with small kids, but for a group of 4 adults it wasn't that comfortable.

Fantastic view of the sea. Comfortable well equipped flat. Nicely decorated. Really helpful communication from the owner (in french but we didn’t ask for an English translation)
Overall no concerns. Surprised to find a cleaning fee but we may have missed this in the documentation and had an option to clean the apartment ourselves instead

Abgewohnte Unterkunft in Standnähe, definitiv nicht das was wir für den Preis erwartet hatten.
Der Ausblick war wirklich sehr schön. Auch die Lage und Parkplatzsituation waren positiv, unbedingt einen Spaziergang abends entlang der Felsen direkt an der Ferienwohnung machen.
Schon kurz nach der Buchung kamen ein paar leise Zweifel wegen der Rezessionen auf... Und leider bestätigten sich diese nach der Ankunft.
Unweit der Wohnung finden sich tatsächlich viele Parkplätze, das ist also kein Problem. Trotzdem war es mühsam, die Koffer für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder die engen Treppen hochzuschleppen. Die genaue Anleitung zur Anreise, welche vorab per Nachricht über booking geschickt wurde, war eine Hilfe.
Definitiv sollten Anreisende aber französisch können oder alles mit ChatGPT als Bild geschwind übersetzen, in der Wohnung wird ausschließlich in französisch kommuniziert.
Aufgefallen ist in der Wohnung sofort, dass es nicht sehr sauber ist. Das bin ich von früheren Unterkünften anders gewohnt. Auch ist einiges defekt, wie z. B. ein Spiegel am Kleiderschrank und es ist recht eng.
Wir haben jetzt erst mal alles, was wir in den nächsten Tagen nutzen, in die Spülmaschine geräumt. Bei der die Anzeigen für Salz und Klarspüler natürlich knallrot leuchten…
Und fehlte außerdem eine Info, wo die Müllcontainer, in denen man die Abfälle entsorgen soll (Am großen Parkplatz Glas, Plastik & Papier, etwas weiter bei einem kleinen Parkplatz den Restmüll).
Zwar stand auf der Bookingseite bei Informationen sowie in früheren Rezessionen etwas vorab zu der Kaution, es war aber kein Umschlag hinterlegt zum einwerfen. Aufgrund der Mängel im Appartement waren wir auch froh darüber…
Was uns tatsächlich auch einen Tag früher zur Abreise bewegte, war aber der tropfende Heizungsboiler im Schlafzimmerschrank. Wir hatten eine Schüssel drunter gestellt, damit das Wasser nicht das Haus beschädigt. Allerdings lag der Schaden wohl schon länger vor.
Das Schlafzimmer war darüberhinaus nachts sehr heiß da die Fenster wegen den Straßenlärm nicht geöffnet werden konnten.
Der direkte Zugang zum Meer war bei uns nicht möglich, ein Zaun war wohl zwischenzeitlich angebracht worden.

Une vue imprenable
La vue imprenable sur le port de Granville est vraiment formidable. Pas ennuyeux avec des changements de couleurs et toujours de l' activité.
Bons couchages. Très bon équipement général.
Gentillesse et souplesse de la propriétaire.
Situé dans une très belle région avec bcp de centres d'intérêt.
Rien de vraiment grave mais ayant un peu de mal à monter les escaliers les 2 étages étaient fatigants tous les jours.
Les fenêtres velux vu les pièces à dormir en sous pente rendent parfois le bruit extérieur un peu gênant (pluie, route...) malgré une bonne isolation.
L'aménagement de la cuisine est contestable (tiroir couverts à chercher !).
