Very comfortable stay in lovely Granville

The host waited for us arriving as our ferry was diverted to St Malo which would mean a three hour delay in our arrival. Exceptionally clean and excellent location. Granville is a very interesting and pleasant centre ville.

There was no toilet roll!

Gute Lage, viel Platz, wenig Herz

Die Lage ist hervorragend, mittendrin, alles fussläufig erreichbar, Bus in der Ortsmitte wenige Schritte entfernt, gratis, 1 Station bis Bahnhof. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig geschnitten und sauber.

Der Umstand, dass einem nach der Buchung noch Kosten für Bett- und Frotteewäsche plus eine Putzpauschale aufs Auge gedrückt werden, war eine böse Überraschung (plus EUR 60). Beziehen darf man das Bett dann natürlich auch selbst. Ferner war nicht mal im Bad ein Stück Seife fürs Händewaschen da, hab dann erst mal eingekauft. Insgesamt karg. Auf Schritt und Tritt fühlt man ein gewisses Misstrauen der Vermieterin; z.B. Plastikschutzfolien auf Ess- und Couchtisch. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, kein Lift. Also Vorsicht bei der Gepäckmenge.

Tutto bene, ma....

Bella casa, pulita e confortevole

Non erano comprese nel prezzo biancheria da letto/asciugamani e la pulizia finale. E' vero, era specificato ed è stata una mia svista ma solitamente sono comprese in tutte le strutture che ho visitato. Cosi ho dovuto pagare 90 Euro in più che non avevo previsto. Inoltre, solitamente, alcuni beni essenziali come una bottiglia d'acqua, del caffè, la carta igienica, prodotti da bagno, vengono fatti trovare all'ospite al suo arrivo, perchè potrebbe arrivare tardi e non trovare nessun negozio aperto, ed è comunque buona norma farli trovare...almeno così ho sempre trovato nelle varie strutture da me visitate.

Granville petite ville agréable du bord de mer

Un appartement spacieux au deuxième étage, d'une propreté irréprochable, une décoration élégante et sobre, très calme. Au cœur de Granville : commerces, plage, casino, musées, bus gratuit. Des habitants et des commerçants qui communiquent spontanément. La propriétaire est charmante à l'écoute.

Voyageant par le train une consigne pour valise aurait été un plus dans la ville

Appartement lumineux et très bien équipé, à proximité des commerces et de la plage du Casino.

La rue est en stationnement payant, mais on peut se garer à proximité gratuitement C'est au deuxième étage sans ascenseur.

Appartement très agréable à vivre et impeccable

Logement baigné de lumière, idéalement situé au pied des commerces, entre la gare, le port et la plage. Tout est à 10 min à pied. Nous avons été accueilli avec gentillesse et tout a été fait pour nous faciliter notre séjour.

Une chambre donnant côté rue peut être bruyante. Nous aurions aimé avoir du savon, plus de torchon et papier toilette ou savoir qu'il fallait en apporter.

Une perle !

L'appartement L'albatros est juste parfait : spacieux, lumineux, très confortable, très bien équipé, l'emplacement est idéal dans Granville, et la propriétaire (que je remercie ici) est vraiment très aimable. Tout était parfait pour notre séjour.
