We have been staying at this hotel for several years now and everything is always ok - friendly staff, always fulfilling room requests if possible, excellent breakfast and in a great location with large and free parking, which is not negligible if you are traveling through Switzerland - I usually always look forward to coming to this part of Switzerland because I know that the hotel will meet all my expectations.

Excellent location for vacation or travel

The location, the friendly staff therefore return to this hotel when I am in this part of Switzerland, supplemented the facility with a new and quality choice for breakfast, my preparation and of course I will come back again.

Best option in the area

Very helpful staff, we were provided early check-in without any extra fees and difficulties. Very clean room and facilities, close to shopping center and supermarkets. Very comfortable and soft bed.

Quite pricy for the hotel in this category, but definitely better than another options in that area. Breakfast is too basic with low variety of choice but enough to have a few bites or solid oatmeal with yogurt.

air-conditioning not cool but get better at night - no refrigerator in room only available in the family room- breakfast was simple and good-it will be good if making the car park entrance clear .

Worth the Price!

The staff was very friendly! Even with very late check-in, it was very easy! Room and hotel overall was very clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. It was a great "base camp" for our travels in the area. Breakfast was also wonderful!

Since it is a pet-friendly hotel, I wish there was an area where pet-owners can eat their breakfast with their pet. One family we saw sat at the very last table by the entrance so they can technically have their pet outside of the breakfast area. Since that was taken, we had to sit in the lobby by the bar where the chairs and tables were low so eating wasn't as comfortable.

The staff was very polite & helpful, breakfast was ample. The rooms were spacious and quite.

We missed having a small refrigerator & a locker/safe in our rooms which for us is important while we pay quite a lot for the room.

Positive surprise if you need a bed during transit

We arrived late, around midnight, but we received a very friedly welcome and even the hotel bar was still open. Staff was kind and helpful (special thanks to Jules). The room was clean and quiet. Neat guests, no busloads...

Perhaps I was too tired already, but it was difficult to find the parking lot entrance.

Comfy and predictable

It was a nice new hotel with Air conditioning and really comfy beds. The hotel was geared towards business travelers and is in an industrial area but right next door to a mall.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room. Nice and quiet in the evening for a good night sleep. Lots of help from reception.

Breakfast could have been a bit better, most of the fruit was mouldy and there wasn't much choice for the cost.

The hotel was exceptionally clean with friendly staff. Despite the language barrier, they could still communicate and attend to our needs. Good breakfast service. Its location is a stone throw away from the shopping mall.It was a home away from home experience.

Loved our family suite with separate rooms, dining area, and kitchenette. Breakfast was very nice, and plenty of parking spots. WiFi was fast and room seemed like new.
