It´s my pleasure to present you this recently built modern and cozy family house.
In the house are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, available for 6.
Fully equipped for your comfort and relaxing stay with all kitchen and household appliances as well as WIFI internet and cable TV with a substantial amount of channels. Lanai has seats outside for bbq.
Parking is available in a large garage for 3 cars.
This property is in the private gated community area where you will have available heated community pool. As a part of this on-site resort is also a fitness centre, billiard and game room, tennis court, Club house with meeting rooms and also grand library.
This location has a lot to offer and you can enjoy your unwinding holiday to the fullest. Beach is about 10 minutes drive where you can do finishing or other sports. Nearby is also a golf club and various bike/hike trails for keeping yourself fit or for family adventures.

This was a very nice property in a beautiful area. The development accommodations were wonderful. Easy to communicate with the owner. No issues.

Quiet surroundings. The Gran Paradiso community is one of the best in the area. House is set up very well. There are no dressers in the other 2 bedrooms and that was a bit of an issue as there are only shelves in the closet. Beds are memory foam and not the most supportive for people with back issues.
We cooked meals 2-3 times a week and the house is well set up for that. All appliances are working just fine for your needs.
tastefully decorated and modern. The back deck only has a low table, so you really can't dine outdoors. The master bedroom could use a ceiling fan to keep the air moving. There is a nice washer/dryer that worked out very well. Too bad VRBO does not allow anyone to post photos, because the home is very nice inside. Enjoyed the home and surrounding community.
Property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the A/C due to a power spike that reset the system. Problem solved in a matter of hours!

We stayed for the month of June, 2020. Entire experience was excellent. David and Jarda provided great communication and ensured we had a seamless experience. House is perfect for a group of 5 or fewer. Well stocked with creature comforts for at home (ie TP, linens, plates cups silverware, two bikes, etc) and going to the beach. Only one tv in the house - which may not bother some but it meant I had to interact with my kids, and that made me cry (j/k) Community lives up to its billing - resort style amenities. Wonderfully big pool, clubhouse with games pool table ping pong and library. Beautiful neighborhood. The pictures do not lie! Just remember the Florida saying, “if there’s a body of water deeper than two feet you should assume there’s a gator in it”!Approx 15mins away from Manasota Key beach, 20mins from Venice beach, 25mins from Nokomis beach and 45mins from siesta key. Plenty of choices depending on your “mood”. We would definitely recommend this property to family and friends.
