About this house rental
Welcome to our coastal inspired townhouse featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The home can sleep 9-10 people comfortably. We have taken every effort to provide accommodations that will make you feel at home. With the townhouse offering plenty of room for your family, with separate sleeping quarters from the kitchen and living room and a beautifully decorated lanai. Gran Paradiso offers a luxury resort style pool, a world class gym, sauna, playground and activity center. Your stay would give you full access to these amenities. Our location is within 15 minutes to Venice Beach, close to Englewood beach and 30 minutes from Siesta Key. There are numerous restaurants within close driving distances offering gorgeous views of the water. We offer all the equipment you would need to enjoy a day at the beach or pool. We have a pond in the back that is fishable with a fishing pole provided.

This townhouse is in pristine condition in a great community. Pool and other amenities are very nice. Biking is flat and safe. Some of the cooking pans could use updating otherwise no complaints.

We were familiar with Gran Paradiso as we had rented a few years back. Our daughter got married on Sanibel Island the first weekend of our stay. We also have friends scattered in Venice, Punta Gorda & Sarasota. Enjoy bike riding and the paths are endless and easy to get around. The downside was it went by way too fast!!! & golf has gotten expensive and difficult getting tee times when you want.

The property has a lot of room, clean and had extra for the kids to enjoy. It’s close to restaurants and stores which was very convenient. The toys, tv subscriptions and the clubhouse access are all the extra things that just added to the comfort and enjoyment. It’s in a great community; our kids loved going to the pool and made many friends.
The host was very responsive and had all the information organized for us. we loved our stay here.
