About this house rental
Luxury town home with three bedrooms, two and one half baths and an attached garage. First floor has a roomy living and dining area with a large fully equipped kitchen. Screened lanai with a preserve view. We have bikes and grill for your convenience.
Second floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Master bedroom has a king size bed, a small office corner and TV, also two large closets. Master bathroom has a shower.
Second bedroom has queen size bed.
Third bedroom has two twin size beds. Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Gran Paradiso community has a large and inviting clubhouse with many amenities like a large attached heated pool and spa, tennis courts, game room, sauna, fitness room and playground area. Wifi internet and over 200 channels available.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and nicely located. The activity center offers a variety of activities to keep you busy and a number of beaches are nearby. We also enjoyed some of the food vendors who came to the activity center. Would definitely rent again.

We were due to check in on Sunday, March 3,2024 and received a text from Svatka Jurinova that our rental application had not been approved yet and to tell the gate we were guests of somebody at an address and then proceed to 20298 Lagente and there would be a lockbox on the front door and use a certain code and we would get the front door key. On the counter top between the kitchen and dining area, we would find a permanent resident pass, a mailbox key, a garage door opener and a blue scanner to open the gates. She said she thought we would be approved on Monday, March 3, 2024. On Monday, I received an email from Gran Paradiso stating we were approved for 3-11-2024 til 4-11-2024. These are not the dates we signed the contract for. I immediately forwarded
It to Svatka and asked her to rectify the error ASAP. Svatka responded “Hello I need to explain you this one. If you have a moment to call me. We had a huge problem with them. I immediately called her and told her this was unacceptable and not the contract we signed. She said what did I want, she had given us a pass and a blue scanner we could use to sneak around until the 11th. I told her we do not live dishonestly and suppose I am having Guests before the 11th that now I can’t even register them. She questioned me if I was and I replied that it was none of her business. She hung up on me. I gave her the benefit of the doubt that maybe we had been disconnected and left her a voice mail. She replied via email that we were.
