WELCOME TO OUR SWEET HOME GRAN PARADISO VILLA VACATION RENTAL
This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Villa is yours to unwind relax and enjoy your stay. This villa is very unique and its completely wheel chair accessible, with leveled front door and lanai entry as well as wheel chair ramp in the garage.
Comfortably sleeps 6 adults. Master Suite features a KING bed and a bath w/double sinks and tiled shower and soaking tub. One of the guest bedrooms has Queen bed, and another has 2 twin beds. Dining table seats 6 w/additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The Guest bathroom features tub with a shower. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances, and includes all of the following to make your stay as comfortable as possible: Coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher; oven; microwave; cookware; dinnerware; kitchenware; beach towels, beach chairs & umbrella, iron & ironing board, hair dryer, washer, dryer and bicycle.
Lanai has a coffee table with sofa, chairs & a GRILL for your convenience.
The living area provides large screen LED smart TV. Wireless internet access is provided along with 200 channels of cable TV.

We recently rented this unit for two months, the home was clean and well stocked, close to grocery stores and shopping. I would recommend.

Super clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, we stayed full month and didn't miss anything.
Place is quiet. In gated community. We enjoyed community pool and fitness center. 15 minutes from the beach.

We rented while looking to buy in the area. The home was well keep, great community and amenities, and food location (15minutes yo downtown Venice and the beach). Would definitely recommend to snyone lloking fir a rental in the area.
