About this villa rental
Beautifully decorated 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Villa in the Gated Community of Gran Paradiso. Completely furnished, this home offers a spacious, open concept living/dining/kitchen. Villa sleeps 6 comfortably. Master suite features a KING bed, 2 closets, bathroom w/double sinks, soaking tub and separate walk in tiled shower. TV/ Cable in Master Bedroom. Bedroom 2 has 1 Queen bed and TV/Cable. Bedroom 3/Den has 2 Murphy beds and TV/Cable. Living room includes a sectional couch and has a 55" flat screen TV with cable and a Blu Ray/DVD player. Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Comfortable seating for six at the large dining table with additional seating at the breakfast bar. Wi-Fi is also available.
There is a nice, enclosed Lanai with extended large paver patio for your convenience. There is a grill for use on the Lanai.
All utilities will be included for your stay.
Gran Paradiso is a 24/7 gated community offers an incredible array of amenities including zero entry resort style pool, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, billiards, poker tables, library, sauna and steam room in both men and women's locker rooms. All amenities are available to our guests for free.
Includes all linens and features a washer and dryer machine.
Kitchen includes Microwave and Dishwasher as well as a coffee machine, toaster, blender, waffle maker, cutlery, dishes for at least 8, pot/pans, cups, and glasses.
All essentials are available for a day at the beach or pool. Located on a shelf in the garage. There is 1 women's bike and 2 men's bikes in the garage for you to enjoy.

Any remnants of smoking rubbish or smoking in the home will result in a deodorizing and deep clean fee, minimum of $380.00. Please do not smoke on your day of departure.

There is a $500 rental application fee that is the guests respondsiblity. Application fee is payable by check prior to application approval.

The villa is lovely, very roomy, comfortable beds, nice lanai, spot in garage for our car. Amber was always available to answer questions and get any issues resolved right away. The Gran Paradiso community is very friendly, has a first class pool area and fitness center, and sidewalks throughout for walking. We had different guests stay with us for a few nights and they all loved it as well. Location is great for driving to nearby beaches, restaurants, baseball games and festivals. We are planning to stay there again!

The Host Amber was great to deal with through the whole process. The property and the community was very clean and very well maintained. The pool, fitness center and pickleball courts were awesome and kept us very active. Great restaurants and beaches close by, We spent 2 months there and would go back again.

The home and location are both exceptional! Amber and Chris provided everything you could want for a great Florida vacation in a beautiful home. The Gran Paridiso amenities are excellent also. Great memories made here!!
