Chalet in Zell am See near Ski Slopes

This modern, detached premium chalet for a maximum of 20 people is located in Bruck an der Großglocknerstraße in Salzburgerland, near the well-known towns of Zell am See and Kaprun.

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a modern open kitchen, a dining area for all guests and a cozy lounge corner. The chalet offers a total of 7 bedrooms (2 with an extra single room and 2 with an extra bunk bed) and 7 bathrooms, spread over 3 floors, a large south-facing terrace, a Finnish sauna and a ski storage room. You can park directly at the chalet.

Three different ski areas, two beautiful ski resorts and a picturesque lake - that's what the Zell am See - Kaprun ski region at the foot of the famous Kitzsteinhorn glacier offers. The slopes on the Schmittenhöhe, the Maiskogel family ski area and the snow-sure ski area on the Kitzsteinhorn offer a total of 150 kilometers of slopes full of variety. The Zell am See - Kaprun region is also ideal for winter hikers, cross-country skiing fans and freestylers. In winter, the free ski bus stops near the house.

The large and famous Zeller See and two 18-hole golf courses are just 4 km from the house. Thanks to the central location in Salzburgerland, you are close to most of the sights at any time of year and of course close to Austria's highest mountain, the Grossglockner.

In summer, you can find plenty of bathing fun in the natural bathing lake Niedernsill - Piesendorf or in the natural bathing lake in Maishofen. Right in the village, you will find plenty of shops for your daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants.
