Mooi appartement met geweldig uitzicht

Het appartement was super mooi. Uitzicht was geweldig. Het toilet apart dus niet in badkamer is ideaal. De sauna was erg fijn. Veel privacy op het balkon! De zomerkaart die je gratis krijgt bij het appartement hebben we flink gebruik van gemaakt! Contact met de eigenaar was snel en gemakkelijk.

De afstand naar Zell am See is best ver. Lopend of met de fiets niet te doen. Dus snel broodjes halen kan niet. Broodjes/ontbijt service is er wel maar dan moet je voor 20 euro bestellen. Een oven zou dan echt fijn zijn! Maar ondanks dat komen we graag weer en nemen dan de airfryer mee:-)

Sehr enttäuscht

Es war ruhig.

Es war nicht richtig sauber, in der Dusche war viel Schimmel, viele Spinnenweben, weder Restaurant noch Rezeption waren in unserem Zeitraum besetzt. Wir kamen einmal nicht rein, da es kein Internet gab und unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer war niemand zu erreichen, toll wenn man draußen im Regen steht und nicht ins Gebäude kommt.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in schöner Umgebung - wir haben uns sehr gut erholt.

Ausserordentlich schöne Aussicht in die Berge und auf den See. Ruhig gelegen und zum Glück weg vom überfüllten Dorf. Schöne Einrichtung der Wohnung und sehr schöne und stilvolle Materialien. Saubere Wohnung.

Ein Lavabo im Einzel-WC wäre das Tüpfelchen auf dem i ;-). Sonst hat alles sehr gut gefallen.

Ein seelenloses Haus, das in einer schönen Lage liegt und ganz viel Potenzial hat.

Oberhalb des Sees konnten wir die Ruhe genießen, uns gut erholen und zu abwechslungsreichen Wanderungen aufbrechen.

Schon bei der Ankunft hatte man das Gefühl, nicht willkommen zu sein. Das Appartementhaus machte einen verlassenen und ungepflegten Eindruck. Laub und Dreck auf den Parkflächen, überfüllte Mülltonnen, keine blühenden Pflanzen an den Balkonen, ein leerstehendes Restaurant mit ehemaligen Empfangsbereich. Alles wirkte auf uns nicht einladend. Nach langer Anreise kamen wir etwas eher an, aber der Türcode wurde erst 16 Uhr per Mail verschickt, obwohl das Appartement längst fertig war. Bei der Abreise klingelte das Reinigungsteam allerdings schon 9.30 Uhr. Alle Türen können nur per Handy geöffnet werden. Das Appartement war zweckmäßig, allerdings sieht auf den Bildern alles viel schöner aus. Leider wucherte auf der Terrasse das Unkraut und die Bodenplatten waren teilweise sehr verdreckt. Den versprochene Seeblick konnten wir nur im Stehen genießen, da eine blickdichte hohe Balkonbrüstung im Sitzen die freie Sicht verhinderte. Trotzdem genossen wir die Abende auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf die Baumwipfel der umliegenden Berge sowie den Sternenhimmel. Es ist sehr schade, keine Kontaktpersonen vor Ort zu haben. Falls man Fragen hat, kann man von 8-12 Uhr jemanden erreichen. Das ist nicht hilfreich, wenn man am Anreisetag erst 16 Uhr das Appartement nutzen darf. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass die Betreiber mit ganz geringem Aufwand Geld verdienen möchte. Das machte den Aufenthalt sehr unpersönlich. Mit etwas mehr Engagement wäre die Anlage ein wunderschöner Ort, der Ruhe, Entspannung und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele erlebnisreiche Wanderungen.

Amazing just a little bit to hot

What a view, amazing! Very clean.

It was a very warm couple off days and the mix off no airco and no option to open the windows without attracting all the mosquitos, fly's and moths was a bummer that lead to very little sleep. For the owners: french feeld wasps where starting to make a 🪹 at the roof on the balkony (where the gaze is (at the side next to the other appartement). Those wasps mean no harm to humans but its not ideal because thats right above the location to open the window off the master bedroom.

Heerlijk appartement met prachtig uitzicht

Een heerlijk ruim appartement met een heerlijk balkon met prachtig uitzicht. Ook heel fijn dat de Zomer kaart erbij zat zodat we de gondels konden pakken en ook entree was voor het zwembad.

De accomodatie lag behoorlijk hoog waardoor je toch wel de auto moest pakken richting de gondels en het dorpje zelf. Omlaag had nog gekund maar beste steile klim als je geen gevorderde wandelaar bent of met kids reist. En de deur van de douchecabine hing uit het lood dus die moesten we flink optillen om hem dicht te doen.

Vorab, jammern auf hohem Niveau! - ein Staubsauger wäre perfekt gewesen. Es gab aber ein Handfeger und Kehrblech. - man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, dafür entschädigt allerdings ein sehr schöner Ausblick und eine ruhige Umgebung.

Krásný prostorný apartmán, ale zub času je vidět

Velikost a pohodlí apartmánu, Dva balkony s bočním výhledem na jezero.

Milná informace o vzdálenosti mezi ubytováním a centrem města. Skutečná vzdálenost pěší dostupnosti centra města se blíží 2,5km. Pěšky z a do ubytování je nepohodlná cesta po úzké strmé uličce, mezi autama. V aplikaci i na skříňce s odpadkovým košem se opakuje návod jak třídit odpad (co do modrého, co do žlutého, co do černého pytle,.......) ale pytle chybí. Popelnice není u domu, ale odpad se musí vozit až do kontejnerů ve městě. Absence mikrovlné trouby.

Toller entspannender Aufenthalt

Das Appartement hat eine sehr große Terrasse, von der man einen fantastischen Ausblick auf den See und die Berge hat. Die Toilette ist separat vom Badezimmer. Das absolute Highlight ist die eigene Sauna, richtig klasse und entspannend. Die Einrichtung war geschmackvoll und gemütlich.

Das elektronische Türöffnen war manchmal etwas nervig, immer die App aufrufen und warten, weil es nicht immer auf Anhieb klappte. Jeweils 1x Minispüli und 1 Spülmachinentab bei 1 Woche Aufenthalt ist ein bisschen knapp bemessen.

الموقع كان جميل جدا والي يعمل حسابه انه يجيب اغراضه معه بينبسط كثير. الوصول للموقع ليس صعبا كما ذكر بعض المقيمين يمكن لانهم حدثوا الموقع في خرايط قوقل. المطبخ مؤثث تاثيث جيد ويوجد شواية في البلكونه. السرير مريح والشقه واسعه ومطله على البحيره ولها مواقف مجانيه. دفع المويه قوي والدش رائع والسونا الي بداخل الحمام رائع ايضا. يوجد رقم للتواصل مع المالك عبر الواتس اب وتفاعلهم كان جيد جدا حتى بعد ساعات الدوام. لازم الشخص اللي يسكن في هذي الشقق يعلم انه مافيه خدمه 24 ساعه ولا مطعم ويختلف عن الفنادق وبالتالي يجيب تموينه معه ويستمتع بالطبخ والترتيب اليومي وكانه في منزله. الموقع في سفح جبل ويبعد تقريبا 2 كيلو بالسياره عن وسط زيلامسي ويوجد مواقف بها مدفوعه الثمن. توقف سيارتك وتتمشى على البحيره والمطاعم والمقاهي براحتك (تكلفه الساعه تقريبا 3 يورو)

لاحظت في اغلب فنادق النمسا انه يحطوا عدد مخدتين فقط وواطيه ولكن تم طلب مخدات اضافيه وجابوها. اذا كنت مقيم لاكثر من يوم تحتاج اكياس نفايات وممكن تطلبهم. النظافه تتم عن طريق شركه قبل الدخول ووقت الخروح فقط. وقت الخروج الساعة 10 صباحا وهم دقيقين في هذا الوقت. طريقه الدخول يجب على المقيم ان يتعلمها جيدا اول مره وبعدين مافيه مشكله لان الدخول عن طريق رابط في الايميل يتم استخدامه كل مره تريد الدخول. دوره المياه منفصله عن مكان الدش والمغسله وهذي قد تكون ميزه عند من لا يستخدم المياه في التنظيف بعد قضاء الحاجه

Mir hat die Wohnung schon gefallen und wunderschöne Sicht. Hat mir auch die Ruhe gefallen. Einmal habe ich jemanden aus dem Personal getroffen und mitgeteilt, dass eine Birne in der Sauna kaputt sein musste und wir hatten in der Sauna dunkel gehabt. Dann wurde es am nächsten Tag beseitigt. Ich hatte leider nichts von der Spülmaschine erzählt Weil ich von dem Problem noch nichts wusste… Die Stadt ist sehr schön. Viele Sachen zu unternehmen. Von dem Ort sind auch möglich allerdings nur mit dem Auto.

Sehr ungewöhnlich keinen Ansprechpartner zu haben, alles mit dem App öffnen zu müssen. Ich hatte zwar eine Telefonnummer aber nie benutzt. Ich wünschte, man hätte vor Ort sowas für Aktion gehabt. Wo man Sachen gleich melden kann. Und dass man nach dem einchecken zumindest Schlüssel bekommt und nicht alles online machen muss. Mir hat auch gefehlt eine Begrüßung Karte wo ich Internet Zugangsdaten bekommen hätte. Das gab’s tatsächlich nicht und das hat mich überrascht. Ich habe mit den Nachbarn gesprochen sie hatten irgendwo Internet Aufgeschrieben gehabt ich aber nicht. Es sehr unangenehm war war die Spülmaschine die hat echt gestunken als ich sie aufgemacht habe nach dem ankommen. Ich hab sie zweimal waschen müssen bevor ich Geschirr reingesteckt hab. Ich hab dann festgestellt, dass die Spülmaschine wahrscheinlich nicht richtig arbeitet und die Programmablauf nicht richtig funktioniert. Bei dem auschecken habe ich mit Putzdienst gesprochen und das habe ich dann mitgeteilt ich kann mir vorstellen wenn man dort nicht wohnt ist man nur auf Mitteilung von den Gästen angewiesen und wahrscheinlich viele Leute sagen nichts. Man ist bisschen sich selbst ausgeliefert… Und das finde ich schon besser in dem Hotel, das man direkten Ansprechpartner hat. Naja, es ist eine neue Erfahrung gewesen. Ich muss das noch bisschen für mich reflektieren. Es hat auch positive Seiten gehabt. Sobald ich mit den Saunabeleuchtung mitgeteilt hab, war am nächsten Tag gemacht Also ich glaube es ist sehr gute Betreuung nur muss es denn mitteilen… Wahrscheinlich per E-Mail oder telefonisch… Zumindest mir war zu viel vom Handy. Ich genieße Urlaub ohne Handy und Medien und das war in dem Fall nicht möglich. Sobald mein Zimmer verlassen hat, musste man unbedingt Handy dabei haben, sonst könnte man nicht zurückkehren . Ein Ersatzschlüssel oder eine Karte vor Ort, wo man die Türe bedienen könnte, wäre für mich das beste gewesen noch dazu sonst war es sehr gut. Danke.

The view is magical from this apartment, would stay again!

The view was amazing. Really modern and clean inside. Very warm and great facilities in apartment. The sauna is a great touch.

After a long journey we couldn’t access the building and couldn’t get hold of anyone to help us… after 20 mins of waiting someone put head out of window upstairs and helped us. The phone number on door for emergencies didn’t respond. Also had to get taxi back up hill every day as not walkable in winter.

Es war alles schön, nur die Entfernung zur Ortschaft ein wenig zu weit. Aber das ist nunmal so und sonst hätte man auch nicht diesen schönen Blick über den See.
