Also on the ground floor is the second living space with a stone-encased gas fireplace, large HDTV, and comfortable seating for six. This second living space is open to the breakfast nook, kitchen, and has access to the magical backyard.

The chef of the group will absolutely love this kitchen! With ample counter space, stainless steel appliances, a large french door freezer and an electric range it makes cooking a delight. When your meal is hot and ready to be served, the large dining table is just steps away with seating for eight.

If you prefer to dine al fresco this backyard is perfect. The large deck boasts two dining tables, a bar area, built-in benches, a gas BBQ, and a hot tub. This outdoor oasis will make it hard to go back inside. The yard is also fenced so the kids can run around and have a blast.

When it’s time for sleep, you’re sure to rest easy in one of the four comfortable bedrooms. All bedrooms are located upstairs and have an HDTV.
