When you’re not hiking, lounging on the lake shore, or skiing the powdery slopes, come back home to kick back and relax in the cozy living area featuring ample seating, elegant furnishings, and charming rustic decor. Snuggle up by the fireplace during family movie night or have a pool tournament in the well-equipped game room! Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

The property is very well managed. Check in was as smooth as it can be. We were offered early check in although we didn't really need it. The master bedroom was very spacious. There is a top arch windows that is not curtained and could make the room very bright in the early morning. We had to improvised a bit to get it mostly blocked so that we don't get waken up at 5am. Cleaning was good. Lots of things to do to keep kids busy. The kitchen had a very comprehensive set of kitchenware for in unit cooking.

The house was very cozy. It had all the essentials we needed for our stay. There is no central A/C but it didn't affect us since the weather was great. The house was clean as well, and helpful hosts.

Our family of 4 met up with our 3 other friends and their families for this trip. It was the perfect fit for our group. Our kids had plenty of space. The game room and backyard was a huge bonus. The house was so quiet! When the kids were upstairs asleep we were able to be downstairs playing cards and games together without worrying we’d wake them up. Memories were made and we can’t wait to go back again!
