Rental Policies
Check-In Requirement
Per local ordinance, guests must pick up keys and complete check-in at the office where a property overview will be provided. Self check-in is not available.
Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent this property is 25. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. A driver’s license will be required for all bookings. Guests who fail to meet the minimum age requirement at check-in will be evicted without refund.
Pet Policy
This property is pet-free and not pet-friendly. If an unauthorized pet is found at the vacation home, it must be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fee.
Starter Supplies
A complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens is provided. Additional supplies needed during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility.

We had a lovely stay at this rental December 23-30. We ran into some housing complications with a another rental property shortly before our stay, and the host made our lives significantly easier and was very accommodating of our needs during this hectic time. The house is well furnished, clean, welcoming and stocked full of essentials. It’s a very comfortable house with the most spectacular view, and had
more than enough space for all of us. The host is super kind, caring and thoughtful. The communication is easy. We had a great time at this proprets
, and if we’re ever in the area again, will definitely look to rebook! Thanks!

Everything went smoothly with renting and instructions

Location was good but driveway was really bad that you can scratch the bottom of the car every time you enter in and out from the road.
House was clean but only 1 bedroom was comfortable to stay. Others were too small to move around. It says it could sleep 10 people but it’s only good for 8 Adults. Other 2 beds are for kids. 1 bathroom is comfortable to take shower another one has shower to low that average people would not be able to take shower without bending.
There is no air conditioner so if anyone needs the cold air they have to open all windows and make sure to close it when you go out every time.
There was a coffee machine but no coffee or sugar available so make sure you take it with you.
There was no laundry detergent to wash the clothes so please take it with you.
There was only one paper towel in each bathroom so if you run out, you have to buy it from outside.
No sandwich bags in the kitchen
No garbage bags once you use the current one.
There is a sign that says they will charge you if you use the napkins to remove the make up.
There is also a sign that says Don’t make noise, their neighbor would not like it.
I haven’t seen all these in my previous rental places so it was really shocking to me.
