A spacious home in the beautiful and peaceful Montgomery Estates neighborhood. This home is located next to the National Forest and is perfect for any time of year. The game room will be an absolute hit during your stay! Featuring a pool table, wet bar with a mini fridge, 55-inch LCD TV and a plush sectional sofa to sink into after a day on the slopes. The kids will enjoy their own separate game room with small foosball table, basketball hoop, games, books, and TV. During spring, summer, or fall, enjoy nature hikes on one of several trails within walking distance. Or choose to travel by bike through the mountains for some adrenaline-pumping fun. During winter, explore the wilderness on cross-country skis, snowshoes, or high-speed snowmobile. If you want to just relax, cozy up to a grand gas fireplace and enjoy the tranquil views of the forest. Or sink into one of the two indoor soaking tubs. Take advantage of the gourmet kitchen or large gas BBQ to make your own delicious meals. The open concept living area allows for the family to be together during meal preparation and enjoy a new 50 inch LCD TV. For those who need to work while on vacation, this home is equipped with high-speed internet access - both via wireless and wired Ethernet throughout the house (we neither guarantee nor troubleshoot the service).

We want you to enjoy your stay but please understand your property is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be aware that strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. Neighbors are sensitive to noise. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day could result in guest fines (as well as fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. Absolutely no use of the hot tub between 10 PM and 8 AM per ordinance. Quiet hours must be observed from 10 PM till 8 AM but please be aware that excessive noise at any hour could be actionable. Maximum occupancy is enforceable by fines during quiet hours.
