Great host!! very welcoming. Rooms were very nice and had everything you needed. Perfect location for jemaa el fna square and souks.

Excellent location as in the heart of the medina close to souls, bars, cafes, restaurants etc so able to experience local culture. Staff really helpful and friendly. Breakfast served on rooftop terrace. Riad was a lovely example of traditional Moroccan architecture.

Would have been useful to have known beforehand that payment was expected in cash and we didn’t have enough! Could this be added to the booking.com information?

The white led lights, put softer yellow lights to enhance the magic and beauty of the place.

Accommodation was extremely congested hardly any room to move around!! Also i couldn't help noticing poor reception staff was helping out left right and centre! ie: reception handaling taking care for breakfast for visitors poor thing looked overworked underpay 0p labour one person doing reception, cooking and serving breakast handling reception area ermmmmmm not good for the first impression of management or owner may i say from customer point of view But salute to all staff member we really appreciate your kind help from the bottom of our heart!! I very much believe due to staff shortage our room was not clean nor bedding change for our 5 days of stay at hotel Riad!!!! I sadly and completely blame poor management for their poor performance
