Semplice ma ricca nell'arredo di particolari curati,(sembra la casa dell'amore)d otata di tutti i confort,molto pulita e con ascensore.Situata in zona centrale di Cagliari a 5 minuti dalla stazione e ricca di ristoranti intorno.Il signor Alessandro gentilissimo e disponibilissimo!! Consiglio questo appartamento!

Very comfortable apartment in a great location with a very friendly host

TITLE: A jewel in the best part of the town
The location is the best you can find: a few minutes from the port, the railway and bus stations and 20 minutes from the airport.
The Poetto beach, 14km of white fine sand can be reached very easily with the bus P (stop opposite the port).
The apartment is a jewel: new, romantic, clean and very comfortable. The view from the balcony is very picturesque and includes typical Cagliari tiled roves and the old "Castello" quarter.
The hosts welcomed us with some delicious homemade cakes, coffee and tea. Although the kitchen is fully equipped we didn't use it and preferred to eat in some of the many restaurants and pizzerias of the area.
We definitely go back!

Clean, secure building, good kitchen, good lighting and fan in bathroom, plenty of towels, nice kitchen area, efficient fridge and freezer, hypoallergenic pillows (see also didn’t like), firm mattress, air con was a godsend, mosquito netting (see also didn’t like!)
We wrongly assumed there would be WiFi (it is 2025!), the mosquito netting had small holes which meant the mozzies got in, the pillows were large and hard so took some getting used to. It would have been good to have one other comfy seating eg an armchair. I was surprised that the balcony is so small and not at all what I was expecting from the photos (ie weeds not flowers in the pots topping the balcony railing, and although the mosquito netting blind can be raised you still cannot sit out on it). Please be aware that the apartment is on 4th floor and the lift smells so badly I had to take the stairs and there is only lighting on the upper two floors. Finally I would suggest the name should be Romantic Apartment not House 😊
