Apartamento Naiala

Apartment is absolutely beautiful, extremely clean…it had almost everything as advertised except no washer.. we had to go out and do laundry.. never mentioned washer was missing. Also A/c was not functioning but they did provide a small portable unit that cool down apartment but still very humid

Great location and spacious apartment.

We stayed there during a heatwave. The apartment was very hot with 37° and they offer no fans. Opening the window in the night is OK, but the front bedroom gets traffic noise and the other bedroom the construction starts about 8am.

Great communication. Lots of information about the area. Well presented accomodation.

Clean, modern, well furnished and the kitchen was fully equipped

The apartment (Unit 1) is modern, spacious, clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. We know it’s not usual for apartments to be air conditioned in Bilbao but it is such a shame that the owners did not add a spend a little more and add a small A/C unit when they did the fantastic renovations. You would expect A/C to be provided in a quality unit like this especially as opening the windows in this apartment means that you will endure the thunderous sounds every train arriving and departing the main station. Unit 1 backs onto the railway lines. When we arrived (early Sept 2022) the room temperature was 28 degrees. We opened all the windows and turned on the fans. By the middle of the night the temperature was comfortable. And today there is a scaffolding crew yelling outside the windows!
