È stato molto interessante il fatto che la porta di aprisse dal telefono tramite un link,anche se potrebbe esserci il rischio che il telefono non vada e la porta non si riesca ad aprire.
Il bagno e le coperte erano tutte pulite ed era tutto ordinato.
Non mi è piaciuto vedere che sopra gli scaffali ,sopra le luci , quadri e nel lato di legno infondo al letto del secondo piano ci fosse molta polvere.
Non si riusciva a fare la doccia o lavarsi poiché dalla doccia usciva davvero pochissima acqua a causa del calcio che si trovava nel doccino e dal bidet con il lavello rotto che non ne permetteva l'utilizzo.
In cucina,nonostante lo spazio fosse grande,mancavano alcune cose come straccetti da cucina posate tovaglioli ecc...

sicuramente la posizione per i luoghi dove dovevo recarmi
la casa in se è perfetta, per quello che serviva a me.
la cucina molto grande ma non la ho utilizzata quindi non saprei come effettivamente è, a guardarla sembrava un pò vecchia, come vecchi erano i mobili del bagno e le ante del box doccia, un pò ammuffite.
come ho detto subito però era perfetta per me dovendo stare 1 sola notte, ottima posizione e ottimo prezzo.

Spaziosa e caratteristica ; dotata di tutti i confort ; molto apprezzata la macchina del caffè con qualche capsula inclusa

L’ho trovata comoda per spostamenti con treni e metro
Si percepiscono tanto i rumori esterni
Il bagno qualche ritocco ma è comunque funzionale

Близость к вокзалу, автобусным остановкам и супермаркету. Чистое белое постельное белье и полотенца. Итальянский колорит в дизайне интерьера, много спальных мест. Есть все необходимое.
Все очень старое, требуется ремонт, слабый напор воды, неудобный душ, смесители в раковинах неудобные, биде сломано, матрасы продавлены, разбита стяжка Пола, при включении одновременно духовки и чайника пропало электричество. В чайнике накипь и осадок. Слышно все с улицы на кухне. Отсутствуют чайные ложки. Нет кондиционера в спальне. Район очень грязный.
