About this apartment rental
In the heart of the characteristic San Lorenzo district, a delightful tourist location on the second floor of a building from the early 1900s without a lift. Very silent, internal view. Well connected by buses and subways, it is very close to Termini station and is a few steps from the Basilica San Giovanni and the Colosseum. Excellent solution for a cheap but quality stay.
Completely renovated and furnished in 2016, it consists of a living area with open kitchen (complete with stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer) with a sofa bed for two people, a bedroom with double bed and a private bathroom . Air conditioning system, Free wifi available. It is fully equipped and has all the amenities to guarantee you a pleasant stay. Lease for tourist use.
San Lorenzo is a very lively neighborhood, close to the university, frequented by young people, a place of Roman nightlife. In the streets around you will find a market, numerous pizzerias, restaurants, bars and pubs. It is a 15-minute walk from Termini station and A and B metro stations. The 71 bus stop connects with the historic city center.
Tourist rental, at checkin it is necessary to pay the tourist tax (not included in the price) equal to 3.50 euros per person per night

Nice place, would have appreciated shampoo conditioner. Communication with host is excellent and prompt. Helped accommodate us and help us with our needs outside of just housing. Would’ve liked to know about the city tax in the listing but overall excellent stay and good value for money

We really enjoyed staying here. Very clean, bed was comfortable and it had everything you need in the kitchen to cook a meal. Maurizio was very responsive and friendly. We had no issues during our stay.

This apartment is exactly what we were looking for. We enjoyed being able to come back to the apartment after walking around Rome. The Termini train station is a short walk from the apartment but didn't seem to save any time when going to see the sights, so we walked everywhere we went. The grocery store is just a short walk down the street from the apartment. We certainly enjoyed our stay and Maurizio is extremely helpful.

The apartment was clean and airy, with a very high level of security. We enjoyed the two windows and the comfortable bed. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. We are hoping to stay there again.
