The beds were comfortable, but there were no pillows. The linens were clean. The manager Anduela was wonderful and took care of all our questions, thank you to her.
There are absolutely no windows! The air comes from the air conditioning system, sometimes it's cold, sometimes it's not at all. The lighting was terrible, but the issue has been resolved. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Termini, not the 5-7 as the reviews stated.
