Rome La Sapienza Apartment

Positive:An impeccable stay. I booked with a bit of hesitation due to some older comments, but I am happy to say that reality was completely different and highly positive. The host has made major improvements: brand new air conditioning units in every room, a new boiler (hot water is instantly ready and stable), and a brand new washing machine. The free self check-in with no time restrictions is a priceless convenience for travelers.In addition, being on the top floor, the apartment was very bright and quiet, even though San Lorenzo is a lively student neighborhood full of bars. Fortunately, the building has an elevator, so getting upstairs was effortless. The kindness and availability of the host did the rest. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything went smoothly, I didn't find any negative aspects.

Il bagno leggermente piccolo

10min a piedi e sei alla Sapienza; posizionato nella parte più suggestiva di San Lorenzo, vicino anche a moltissimi locali caratteristici. Ben servito da mercatini ed empori dove trovi di tutto. Con Uber, in 5-10 minuti arrivi a Trastevere, Circo Massimo e Colosseo. A Roma Termini, bagaglio a rimorchio, arrivi traquillamente a piedi in 15-20min. Struttura ampia e con tutti i confort. Bagno piccolino, ma già lo sapevamo ed il suo dovere lo fa comunque fino in fondo.

The neighbours are so unprofessional, very rude they don't know how to talk with guests. Another thing appartment has no proper airconditions plus the bathroom and kitchens are very close, i am not very impressed with the appartment not recommended. I got so many call from the company which was quit disturbing and while you call back no one respond. The appartment has leakage in the bathroom.
