A casa di Rosanna

Overall, our stay was pleasant and the apartment itself left a positive impression. The property was very clean, tastefully decorated, and generally well maintained. Τhe apartment was comfortable and provided everything we needed during our stay. I would also like to highlight the excellent communication with the owner's daughter. She was always responsive, helpful, and professional through WhatsApp, making the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Τhere were some visible signs of dampness on a few walls. Τhere are some important issues that future guests should be aware of. While the apartment itself is in good condition, the building where it is located is in a very poor state and appears to be in urgent need of renovation and maintenance. This significantly affects the overall impression of the accommodation. In addition, the surrounding neighborhood could be cleaner, and noise can be a problem, especially during the evening and nighttime hours due to the numerous bars located nearby.

Nada

Really nice apartment, well located, clean, all the facilities, the host was friendly and nice, check-in and check-out procedures were simple

Too noisy at night. Several bars downstairs. Sometimes it was really very noisy.
