La Signora è gentilissima.

The apartment was very easy to access and is in a great location. As we travelled to Rome by train, we were pleased to find it was less than a 10-minute walk from the station with our suitcases. David met us at the agreed location, handed over the keys, and gave us a short tour of the apartment, which was a thoughtful touch and made us feel welcome from the start.
