Gute Lage, dabei sehr ruhig. Es ist nicht weit zum Syntagma- Platz.
Wirklich großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht. Diese habe ich besonders genossen wenn ich mal einen Nachmittag zuhause ausruhen musste.
Kleiner Supermarkt direkt neben der Unterkunft.
Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine sind auch da.
Im Schlafzimmer stand eine alte Kommode. In den Schubladen stank es sehr stark... Ich sage es nur ungerne... es roch als ob jemand reingesch... hätte. Ich habe das Teil in den Flur geschoben (wo es dann auch etwas im Weg stand, aber egal). Ohne die Kommode (hat denn niemand den Gestank bemerkt?) hätte ich der Unterkunft die volle Punktzahl gegeben.

We like the location and the fact that the host was very responsive to us
I feel like the host could maybe update the room a little bit in terms of a more comfortable sofa and perhaps cock and paint the walls and add a little bit of charm. It was very drab and somewhat depressing to look at while you were sitting.

Clean and comfortable apartment with a spacious balcony. We had everything we needed. There is a supermarket right next door which we used regularly and so many restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is secure and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again.

La ubicación es perfecta.
La cama es realmente incómoda, no hemos conseguido dormir una noche entera. Los dos armarios que tiene el apartamento medio llenos de colchas y utensilios diversos dejando un mini espacio para el uso y no invitan a colgar nada ahí. La comoda de la habitación igual y con mucho olor a naftalina. La papelera de la habitación llena de basura del anterior huésped. El horno de la cocina sucio y con restos de comida. El salón al tener sol todo el día dado que el toldo de la terraza está roto, es un horno porque el aire acondicionado no enfria demasiado. La mesa de la terraza sucia, los salvamanteles sucios. Ni la puerta del salon ni la de la habitación, que tienen salida a la terraza cierran, quedan abiertas. En general, el apartamento tiene una ubicación perfecta, pero una gran dejadez. Necesita actualizarse y una buena limpieza.
