Nice house that needs better maintenance

Proximity to sights. Updated home with well-equipped kitchen. Lots of room for groups to stay together.

It was not clean. We had to vacuum when we came in because otherwise we couldn’t take our shoes off. The downstairs bedroom was very loud at night making it difficult to sleep. The upstairs bedrooms were hot. WiFi was spotty.

Magnificent holiday house to stay

Excellent holiday house! Friendly and supportive host. Very clean rooms. Sufficient facilities with everything in need. Spacious bathroom. Nice location, close to the railway station and cycling routes. Comfortable for stay. Will definitely come back if travel to the region again.

Charming weekend in a French countryside.

It's a big new house in a great location. 3 minutes walk to the supermarket Lidl. 10 minutes by car to Chaumont-sur-Loire castle and gardens. The host was really nice. Lots of space, good for a family staying. All the necessary equipment.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, logement impeccable et très confortable

Le logement est parfaitement propre ,très joli , visiblement neuf , l'équipement est complet . Il y a un petit supermarché à proximité . Il suffit de passer le pont pour être à Chaumont ( nombreux restaurants ) et au festival des jardins . Le stationnement est facile et pratique . Les contacts avec le propriétaire sont faciles , courtois et les renseignements sont précis et très pratiques . Le rapport qualité prix est excellent

Seul et unique bémol , il manque ne serait-ce qu'une toute petite terrasse aménagée pour un café dehors , ou une infusion le soir !

Sehr einfache, dafür günstige Unterkunft.

Das Ferienhäuschen ist praktisch eingerichtet. Günstig ist auch die Nähe zu Supermärkten und einer sehr guten Bäckerei. Einige der berühmtesten Loire-Schlösser sind mit dem Auto in weniger als 45 Minuten erreichbar, z. B. Chambord, Chenonceau, Chaumont, Blois, Amboise. Die Gastgeberin hat auf eine Frage sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Parken an der Straße war kein Problem. Freitags ist Markttag in Onzain.

Das Haus ist sehr einfach, fast schon spartanisch ausgestattet. In den Schlafzimmern fehlen Stühle, auf die man seine Kleider legen könnte. Als Nachttisch dienen einfach Holzkisten. Die Toilette im Obergeschoss hat kein Waschbecken. Es gibt wenig Fenster, keinen Garten. Der Ausblick vom Esszimmer (durch die Haustür aus Glas) geht auf ein baufälliges Nachbarhaus. An heißen Sommertagen könnte es in den beiden Schlafzimmern in der ersten Etage mangels ausreichender Lüftungsmöglichkeiten sehr warm werden. Das Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss verfügt hingegen über ein tiefes Fenster direkt auf Niveau der Straße, weshalb man es nur ungern nachts offenstehen lässt. Über Straßenlärm konnten wir nicht klagen, weil die Durchgangsstraße, an der das Haus liegt (und zu der es auch keine Fenster gibt), baustellenbedingt und vorübergehend zu einer Sackgasse geworden ist.

- proximité du château de Chaumont sur Loire. - bonne literie - jolie vaiselle en suffisance - étage des chambres vastes et bien agréables

- environnement autour du logement peu engageant (nombreuses poubelles qui débordent, mouches, odeurs désagréables...) - rez de chaussée pas hyper clean (frigo, cendrier plein de mégots à côté du boîtier, ...)

L’appartamento è molto comodo e confortevole. La cucina ben organizzata.

Purtroppo la posizione a piano terra non è il massimo soprattutto per il caldo.
