Nothing.

Dirty. Remote. Bad instructions. Ugly. Linens were gross. Towel were old and stiff. We are not picky but this was gross

this could be a lovely house but it needs a bit of work to bring it from the 1970s to the 21st century.

convenient location if you have a car. large garden. quiet.

only one shower which is hand held only. cooker only has two rings. arm chairs and one settee need refurbishment or replacement as the seats are collapsing. not enough electric sockets. general air of neglect although the owner appears to have made a start with some maintenance.

Very good place to stay near Loire Chateaus.

Very good lodging location to go to Loire chateaus. Quiet & safe location - a little difficult to locate the house. We basically got what we need for a quick 2 days stay. Highly recommended for visitors want a place to stay while visiting Loire chateaus.

Very good

The house is situated in a quiet area about five minute drive or twenty minute walk to the centre of Amboise. It was also ideally placed to the bypass for exploring further afield. The enclosed garden was great for both the children and the dog with us - safe and with plenty of space to run off some energy! The swing was especially popular! The fixtures and fittings are dated but perfectly fine, although we initially had a problem with draining the basin in the bathroom and bedroom a plunger soon solved that. We had a lovely time and would certainly return to enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony.

Logement idéal par sa localisation pour la visite des châteaux de la Loire. Jardin vaste qui doit être agréable aux beaux jours. Literie confortable et dimension du logement confortable à 6. Cette maison n'est pas "moderne" ou "romantique" mais idéale en famille pour qui compte visiter les environs. Boîte à clefs pratique pour l’arrivée et le départ. Lits faits et serviettes de toilette. Station et supermarché proches.

La localisation, le calme. Une literie correcte. Des lits faits à l'arrivée. Cuisine aménagée correcte même si les finitions laissent à désirer Quelques verres supplémentaires seraient bienvenus ainsi qu'un changement du côté d'ouverture de la porte du frigo-congelateur

L'état général de la maison véritablement vétuste qui nécessiterait une remise au goût du jour complète . Des tapisseries dégradées aux murs' et ayant au moins 50 ans ! Un ménage très superficiel et une absence globale de véritable propreté Une chambre humide avec odeur de renfermé et d'humidité Un séjour contrarié par des désagréments : un lave vaisselle contenant la vaisselle sale des occupants précédents Une fuite au raccordement du lavabo le rendant inutilisable Petite salle de bain vétuste et peu fonctionnelle De nombreuses prises de courant défectueuses - une électricité visiblement pas aux normes En l'état cette maison, même si elle a du potentiel, ne me semble pas devoir être sur le marché de location de vacances

Dom bardzo zaniedbany, liczne ślady pleśni na ścianach. Domu nie da się wywietrzyć, ciągle czuć nieprzyjemny zapach.Wymaga remontu, zaniedbany ogród. Fotele i sofa w salonie zniszczone i bardzo niewygodne. Łazienka jest spleśniała, deska klozetowa popękana. Dom był generalnie brudny, zakurzony.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Location dans son jus, mais bien équipé, très propre ! grande maison avec un superbe terrain autour. Venant de la ville, c'était du luxe ;) , nous avions l'impressions d'être chez mamie, et très à l'aise ! Nous recommandons, le propriétaire facilement joignable et très agréable. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!!!

Peut être besoin de modernité, juste changer le revêtement mural, et la maison pourrait paraitre plus moderne ;)
