The apartment is fantastic, the box of chocolate biscuits was delightful and the wonderful crystal wine glasses really added to the ambience and wine experience. Well-appointed apartment and suitable for a couple staying a week in Loire. Conveniently located for major attractions too. Hosts were easy to deal with. Well worth the money and on returning to Loire would definitely stay again. Thanks

Nice and clean appartment, with all the commodities. The owners are very communicative and replied fast everytime we had questions.

Too many rules (temperature of the house heating, garbage, cleaning..) and you have to pay extra 25€ if you want towels and bed sheets. That should be included in the upfront price. Guidance should also be provided in English and perhaps written somewhere in the apartment so you don't have to scroll messages and translate on the phone.

Great location in small charming village, but still only 5-20 min drive from serval well known Château, with it own little Château, great host, quick check-in and check-out, parking so close, EV charger 50 meters away.

Relax tra campagna e castelli

Appartamento molto bello ben arredato e pulito. Il paesino è molto tranquillo e con tutti i servizi vicini. Il parcheggio è libero difronte all'ingresso senza mai problemi. I proprietari ci hanno fornito tutte le indicazioni per entrare e abbiamo potuto portare anche il nostro cane. L'unica cosa è che per arrivare all'ingresso c'è una scala un po' stretta e ripida e quindi può non essere adatto a tutti. Per il resto molto bello e consigliato. Ottima anche la posizione per visitare i vari castelli.

Appartement aménagé sous les toits

L'emplacement était parfait pour nous, ainsi que le parking gratuit en face du logement. Le logement est assez spacieux, la cuisine même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisé est toute neuve et bien équipée. La salle de bains est assez grande et lumineuse.

J'avais demandé que le canapé lit soit fait, ce n'était pas le cas. Suite à des messages via booking le propriétaire est arrivé très vite pour le faire car il a précisé que la femme de ménage avait oublié, si toutefois il est vrai qu'il y a une femme de ménage... (c'est facile de mettre sur le dos des femmes de ménage). Je pense surtout qu'il ne voulait pas que je dorme dans ce canapé car il y a une grande fenêtre juste derrière qui donne sur une petite cour, et il y a eu du bruit jusqu'à six heures du matin en bas et donc j'ai très mal dormi. Le propriétaire habite sûrement au rez-de-chaussée et il recevait... C'est un logement au 1er étage sous le toit donc peu lumineux. Ca peut aller pour y dormir une nuit pas plus. Le propriétaire a bien précisé que le logement était propre, mais mon mari a vu des toiles d'araignées dans l'entrée... Je n'avais encore jamais vu dans une location une affiche sur la table de la cuisine qui demande d'ôter les draps en partant, de laver, essuyer et ranger la vaisselle, de descendre la poubelle... Ca donne vraiment pas envie de se servir de la cuisine, nous n'avons rien sali... Surtout on ne pouvait prendre le logement qu'à partir de 17 heures le samedi et le remettre le dimanche à 10 heures, car il est noté que la femme de ménage vient à 10h15... (elle n'a pas beaucoup de ménage à faire du coup...) 141,57 euros pour si peu de temps... sachant qu'il ne faut pas 7 heures pour faire le ménage dans ce genre de logement...

Viel Geld für sauberen IKEA-Chic.

Die Wohnung liegt relativ gut im Zentrum der kleinen Stadt Onzain, ist aber nicht direkt so wie beworben bei Chaumont-sur-Loire. Die Wohnung war sauber.

Die Wohnung liegt an einer für dörfliche Verhältnisse viel befahrenen Strasse, da zumindest die Wohnung, die wir bewohnten, der Strasse zugewandt war und es am Nachmittag sehr warm in der Wohnung war, musste man die Fenster öffnen, denn es gab keine Aircondition. Also entweder laut oder heiß. Das erste Stockwerk ist nur über eine schmale Treppe zu erreichen, einen Koffer hochzutragen erfordert Nerven. Schon vor der Ankunft wurden wir - obwohl hier eindeutig auf internationale Gäste abgezielt wird - mit einem Berg an Regeln überschüttet, die insbesondere den Umgang mit anfallendem Müll betrafen: alles auf französisch! In der Wohnung selbst ein eng bedrucktes A4-Papier, welches die Regeln wiederholte und erweiterte: ebenfalls französisch. Hierbei ging es auch um die Abreise, die exakt keine Sekunde später zu erfolgen habe, weil dann die Person käme, die die Wohnung putzt. Nach dem Herausfummeln des Schlüssels aus dem Safe mit einem ellenlangen Code und diesem Empfang in der Wohnung erstmal keine große Freude. Die guten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, weil hier oft davon gesprochen wurde, wie gut die Gastgeber sich um die Gäste gekümmert und für alle Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden hätten. Wir erhielten die Nachricht, die Gastgeber seien nicht vor Ort. Waren sie auch nie, zumindest dachten wir das. Als wir am nächsten Morgen schnellstens auscheckten, begegnete uns beim den Schlüssel in den Safe hineinfummeln eine junge Frau. Keinesfalls ein Gast, sondern wie dem Profilbild zu entnehmen, die Partnerin des Vermieters, die also im Erdgeschoss leben und angeblich nicht da waren, die aber gleich die Sicherung für die Wohnung rausnahm. Das man dann auch noch gezwungen war, eine SMS zu schreiben, das man ausgecheckt habe, war nur ein weiteres Ärgernis. Fazit: wir kommen nicht wieder.

Ottima base alla scoperta dei castelli della Loira

L'appartamento molto accogliente è situato in una zona centrale ottima come punto di partenza alla scoperta dei castelli della Loira. 20 minuti da Blois in macchina, 30 da Chambord meno di un'ora per i castelli più ad ovest. Pulito e ben arredato, ha tutto quello che serve per un soggiorno ottimale. Proprio di fronte alla chiesa, con parcheggi sempre disponibili nelle piazzole dall'altro lato della strada, comodissimo.

La scala di accesso interna è molto ripida, ma niente di complicato. Il paese è privo di illuminazione pubblica e di notte potrebbe risultare un po' inquietante se non siete abituati.

Le gîte est fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé. Très pratique pour un passage d’une nuit.

L’escalier montant à la chambre est très raide. Par ailleurs, le lit est très confortable mais le canapé lit du salon ne l’est pas du tout, et il grince beaucoup. De plus, le chauffe eau situé dans le salon est un peu bruyant, ce qui peut gêner les plus sensibles.

Agréable séjour.

Agréablement surpris par l’appartement, bien agencé et fonctionnel. L'équipement de la cuisine propose une base pour se préparer un repas. En dépit de forte chaleur lors de notre séjours, grâce au ventilateurs fournis et à un légers brassage d'air la nuit entre les fenêtres de la chambre et du salon, nous avons bien dormis. La situation géographique correspondait à nos intentions de visites. Le village est agréable avec ses commerces à proximité, et aussi un peu plus loin son supermarché et sa station service. Je recommanderais au besoin cet établissement à des proches.

La poignée de la fenêtre de la chambre semblait un peu délicate à manipulé.

Super séjour

Nous sommes venus afin de visiter le festival des jardins de Chaumont sur Loire, à seulement 8minutes de l’appartement ! Le logement été complet , de très bon goût, propre et bien agencé ,nous n’avons manquer de rien . L’emplacement en plein centre de Veauzain est un réel plus ( accès à quelques mètres de la boulangerie et autre commerces , ainsi qu’aux Douves ) . Hôte très réactif et agréable. Parking gratuit au pied de l’immeuble face à une très belle église.

Un seul petit détail qui ne dénote pas ce super sejour : les suggestions pour se restaurer dans le village mis à dispotion dans l’appartement n’étaient pas à jour . Nous aurions aimés nous rendre au restaurant italien indiqué mais celui ci est définitivement fermé depuis un moment apparement .Nous nous sommes donc rendu à Blois ( Ville la plus proche à 30minutes ) .

Un emplacement dans le petit centre du village. Village à mi chemin entre Amboise et Blois, en face de Chaumont sur Loire. Un logement très bien optimisé, propre et bien équipé. Pas de bruit, des parkings disponibles à proximité ainsi que des chemins de balade pour les propriétaires de chiens. Nous recommandons !

Escalier un peu raide pour accéder à l'appartement pour une personne ayant des soucis de mobilité. Ce qui n'était pas notre cas, pas de problème pour nous.
