About this house rental
New house (110m2) in the village of Fougères sur Bièvre (Loir et Cher), in the heart of the Loire castles. Gîte de France 3 épis. Access for people with reduced mobility.
Close to shops: bakery, pharmacy, tobacco bar, pizzeria, Wednesday market.
Various activities: the Loire by bike, Loire castles, Beauval Zoo, Touraine aquarium, tree climbing, canoeing, kayaking, trips on the Loire by traditional boat, quad, equestrian sports, golf, tennis, visits and tastings in cellars at wine, cave valley, hot air balloon flights, shows and festivals during the summer…
Description of the cottage:
- Large living room living room / kitchen dining room with sitting area, 5-seater sofa and 32-inch TV with satellite
- Kitchen / dining room: table + 4 chairs + 2 bar high chairs and scullery with a washing machine, a shelf, a 200l water heater
- Bedroom 1 on the ground floor: 140 X 190 bed, 2 wooden bedside tables, storage cupboard and work desk with chair
- Bedroom 2 upstairs: 2 single beds 90 X 200, storage cupboard and 2 metal bedside tables
- Bedroom 3 upstairs: children's bedroom with 2 90 X 190 beds and a pull-out bed, storage cupboard. Baby cot
The beds are equipped with a mid-season blanket, a sheet, a fitted sheet, a pillow + pillowcase
Equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, fridge with freezing compartment, oven, extractor, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, crockery for 12 people.
Back kitchen: storage space and washer-dryer
Ground floor bathroom with walk-in shower and 2 sinks
Toilet on the ground floor.
Upstairs toilet toilet with extra sink
Terrace with private garden (about 500m2), parking space in front of the house with direct access to the utility room.
Authorized access between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. to the semi-underground swimming pool located in the owners' adjoining garden
