La ubicacion es excelente, el tema automatizado tambien, se agradece la independencia en todo el desarrollo del acceso.
La limpieza en general y las condiciones de la habitación. Se me notifico por llamada que mi habitación estaba lista para hacer check in y cuando llegue la habitación estaba sucia, comida en la mesa, el piso pegajoso, la cama destendida, la almohada sin funda, el bote de basura lleno, esto se resolvió cuando regrese por la tarde, pasaron a limpiar, pero es notorio que hubo una falta de comunicación interna. Lo segundo que no me gusto fue la calidad de la cama, esa si era deplorable por decir poco, poco soporte, rechinaba y se hundía en el medio. La parte del estacionamiento parecía un almacén, esto no me es inconveniente, pero es el primer escenario con el que te recibe el edificio, e influye mucho en el branding.

MALÍSIMA ROPA DE CAMA Y APESTOSA =( ...
EDREDÓN ROTO: El edredón estaba ROTO, con el RELLENO POR FUERA. SÁBANAS MUY USADAS: Las sábanas casi transparentes de tanto uso! ALMOHADAS: 2 Almohadas con MAAAALL OLOR. FATAL!!!! Olían a que alguien durmió ahí, a cebo de cabeza. No olían a ropa de cama limpia. Estaban usadas, quien sabe por quién. FATALLLL.... las tuve que dejar en la puerta para que NO ME LLEGARA EL OLOR. NO SÉ SI HICIERON ASEO ANTES DE QUE YO LLEGARA. TOALLA DE MANOS: Que en realidad, era un trapo para hacer aseo, ESTABA ECHO BOLAS. COLCHÓN INCÓMODO: Lo peor fue la cama, además de colchón incómodo. CHAPA PUERTA CUARTO: No sirvió, se quedó atorada la llave toda la noche y así dormí. CHAPA DE PUERTA CALLE: No cerró, tuvo que ir alguien a cerrarla. No supe si estaba mal o si yo hice algo mal. Pero era tan sencillo como pasar la mano enfrente de la pantallita y poner palomita y eso nunca apareció. No funcionaba bien. LUGAR DESCUIDADO: En general. TERRAZA: No tiene sillas, si sombrilla como en las fotos. VISTA: NO HAY NINGÚN BOSQUE!. Hay una terraza o patio y atrás una calle. Nota: Aparte, aunque reconozco que NO es controlable, se escuchaban los ronquidos de la persona de abajo. NO LLEGUEN A ESTE LUGAR, no se dejen llevar por el precio.
