Frustrating, 😡 exhausted, and horrible experience

Horrible experience first time in our life. House is so dirty. Washing machine is broken. Hot water issue when we using shower hot water stopped, when we contacted to host he mentioned he told us hot water supply only two hours 😭. So we need to finish our shower in those hours, do you imagine I have booked holiday home and I have to stick to time to use shower, no water water at all for anything than later he started. It's happening again and again 😭. No washing material, no dish washer material, no hand wash liquid, no kitchen towel. In fridge mold, present, as bathroom is full of mold, utensils only two pots and it was dirty, all crockery was so dirty and cutlery tray is full of shit. Used towels. God knows about bed sheets and all. Next flat people play very loud music till 1:00 to 2:00 am so we couldn't get to sleep. Frustrating situation was when we called him for hot water and he said he told us. When? When he was handing the key over that time he informed us there is the hot water time. He didn't declare online anything about it, and even we have booked before two months he has our contact details and all he didn't mentioned it. Full of cheating, unprofessional and this flat is not for living in. If you want to get horrible experience book this one. Booking.com only interested for collecting percentage of fee, but they don't check compliance, that this property is actually meeting to the host criteria or not. I have my scheduled when I was coming home and using shower there is no hot water. For oven I forgot to tell you guys here I have never seen that bad oven trays, all used and unwashed. This man only wants money, didn't know what facilities he need to provide. And main door was very very hard to open it. If you don't have strength might be you will hurt yourself. Very challenging to get the our stuff in and out.

Overall every criteria he have to meet, he doesn't care. He just wants to get money. He doesn't maintain cleaning and hot water supply. His Service accommodation licence has been cancelled. Broken washing machine 😞, that's good that I don't have any young children. Horrible experience 😞 I there rating in minuses available,then I will give him -10 Not even 1.

Great flat for two mate sharing

The flat was very comfortable and ideal for two mates travelling together good facilities and the owner rectified issues straight away. Very friendly and kind.

The location was not great for us, as we were travelling to Kettering every day to steward a Frstival. But that was no fault of the flat or owner. If i had one criticism, it was that they could do with darker curtains to keep the light out in the morning , as we finished quite late in the early hours of the morning. But that is all .

We stayed for two nights at the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had a very nice design. Excellent facilities too. The location is great as it is close to the town centre yet in a quiet area. We really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend!
