Cozy apartment at a great location, perfect for couples

Lovely apartment, great location, and kind hosts. We especially liked that it was within walking distance of the beach and many bars/restaurants. It was also very quiet, which is always appreciated for a good night's sleep :)

Normal apartment

The apartment has a good location near the borik beach.

The bed is too soft, the kitchen too small and the water tap in sink only has very hot water when you open the heater. The bathroom shower is broken, the water come out in different directions.

Super little pad, staff super friendly and easy and quick checkin.

A little far from the centre for some, but still some lovely restaurants locally, plus the walk into the old town was very enjoyable.

Acceptable quality for the money we paid.

The location is not far from the sea, in a quiet neighbourhood. Nearby there is an excellent restaurant (named Mijo). The kitchen had all the basic needed items, although they were rather cramped.

I expected an apartment, as each of the 2 couples that accompanied us had, at the same location. Those were really good. I didn't check attentively what I got on Booking when making the reservation, because I expected something of the same kind- the price was the same, anyway. Instead we got a studio (it said so in the description text, to be fair), on the ground floor, so no beautiful view available (like the others had, being upstairs). The shower was a small (although standard) cabin, there was no place to put the bathroom articles we had with us.

Great Experiance

The aparmant is very close to the main beach - Borik beach. It is comfortable and not overly expensive. There are restourants, a grocery store and a bar that are really close, and it is not on the main street so it is very quiet at night for resting after a busy day. Overall a great experiance.

A fürdőszobàban nem működött a hősugárzó illetve a nappaliban nem volt semmilyen fűtési lehetőség, de hát mondjuk már október vége volt és nem nyár. Nem erre az időszakra van kialakítva az apartman. Légkondival.fűtöttünk és elegendőnek bizonyult

Koleżanki na wypadzie

Wszystko super. Blisko supermarket, przystanek autobusowy. Pod domem piekarnia a w niej ogromny, pyszny kawałek ciepłej pizzy za 1.8 Polecam też restauracja pod samym domem, rosół jak i mamy.. Spacerem do centrum też można spokojnie dojść. Plaża przy apartamencie najładniejsza w okolicy.

Самостійний чекін, розташування, гарний інтерʼєр (апартаменти на третьому поверсі, біла кухня і стільниця під дерево від ікеї, картини з морським мотивом), балкончик. Одне двохспаальне ліжко, а спальні і диван розкладушка в кухні, холодильник і морозилка. Достатньо приборів. Близько є рибний магазин з приємними продавцями і автобусна зупинка якщо хочете поїхати в центр. До пляжу відносно не далеко. Ще є кафе яхт клаб з дуже смачною кавою. В сусідньому будинку ресторан. Люди привітні, їжа смачна. Були в жовтні. Вже мало людей, але ще можна купатись. Відпочинок перевершив очікування хоч можливо вони були і не надто високі.

Бракувало кращої сковорідки, у нас була маленька старенька, і дрібничок як от рідина для миття посуду, бо було трохи і то розбавлене, нам не вистачило, мішків для сміття, сіль прийшлось купляти пачку як і чай. Олію купляли, хоч використали кілька чайних ложок. Є посудомийка, але без капсул. Не було чайника електрочного, не критично, кипʼятили у черпаку. Коли помешкання мають такі речі, то зручно і приємно. Але і магазин там поруч. Все можна купити або візьміть зі собою. Ванна кімната з маленьким душем, але завжди чудовий тиск і гаряча вода, тому це теж не критично, але витяжка була відсутня - можна обійтись відкрити двері на провітрювання.

Bardzo ładny apartament, z niewielkim widokiem na morze. Lokalizacja świetna, w pobliżu budki z pysznym pieczywem, sklep (trochę drogi i mały asortyment, lepiej zaopatrzyć się w innym) restauracje i przystanek (chociaż ubery bardzo tanie, więc nieraz opłacało się go zamówić). W wyposażeniu były naczynia i garnek plus patelnia, suszarka, w sumie podstawowe niezbędne rzeczy. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem.

Za mało papieru toaletowego i worków na śmieci. Przy wycieczce na 3 noce nie opłacało nam się kupować całej paczki, więc takie rzeczy powinny być zapewnione.

Świetna lokalizacja, przyjemna okolica, blisko przystanku autobusowe, sklepy i bardzo dobre restauracje. Bardzo dobry kontakt z zarządzającym, który wszystko ci wytłumaczy.

Z łazienki cały czas wydobywał się nieprzyjemny zapach (najbardziej z kranu umywalki), była tylko jedna rolka papieru na cały wyjazd, ogólnie było w miarę czysto. Woda pod prysznicem miała bardzo małe ciśnienie i ciężko było ją wyregulować aby nie było za gorąca albo za zimna. Nie było żadnej pościeli aby ubrać kołdry, noce były zimne w październiku więc kołdry się przydałby. Dostaliśmy również jeden ręcznik który był nie dobry i był z czyjąś krwią. Okey rozumiem ktoś kto prał ręczniki mógł nie zauważyć ale jak już je składał to było to już z daleka widać bo nie była to mała plamka.

Die Lage vom Appartement war ideal, nicht weit vom Meer.

Unfreundliche Begrüssung, eher unpersönliche Abfertigung. Die Küche war nicht einmal Minimal eingerichtet. Der Stoff vom Sofa war voll mit Flecken. In der Dusche waren die Fugen mit Schimmel bedekt.

Отличное месторасположение, до пляжа Борик 10 минут. В квартире тихо, чисто и уютно, белоснежная постель, есть полностью оборудованная кухня, балкон для отдыха. Полный комфорт. Смело могу рекомендовать.

Небольшие недочеты: трудно было настроить воду в душе, она либо холодная, либо сразу очень горячая (при минимальном движении переключателя). Но остальные плюсы квартиры это перекрывают.

Zara, tra mare e storia

Abbiamo soggiornato qui 4 notti: la posizione è ottima, a pochi minuti in macchina dal centro storico e dalla spiaggia di Borik, raggiungibile anche a piedi. Di fronte c'è un buon ristorante e nei pressi supermercati e altri servizi. La stanza, seppur piccola, è dotata di condizionatore, frigorifero, wifi, tv e dell'indispensabile per cucinare. C'è anche un piccolo spazio esterno con tavolino e sedie.

Abbiamo segnalato la presenza di formiche in camera, che la lampada centrale della camera non funzionava, che mancavano le tovagliette e l'asciughino per i piatti, il secondo bicchiere da vino: la proprietaria non è intervenuta e ci siamo arrangiati da soli. Inoltre in bagno manca il tappetino della doccia e si può scivolare. Nulla di trascendentale, certo, ma ci avrebbe fatto piacere una maggior attenzione al cliente.

A localização perto da praia e da cidade de Zadar é muito pratica. Sitio com facilidade de estacionamento.

Quando chegamos tivemos de partilhar o apartamento com formigas. O apartamento nao estava estava muito limpo. Não tivemos máquina de café como diziam que tinha e os utencilios de cozinha eram muito poucos, tornando dificil a possibilidade de cozinhar.
