This is the best hotel staff in existence. They were extremely kind, well informed, and helpful. They took the time to post something back to USA for us, showed us how to use the laundry, and let us leave our heavy packs in the hotel long after checkout. Very highly recommend. And the architecture is beautiful.

Everything was fantastic except there is no air-conditioning. This is a huge problem with their Booking.com listing which indicates that the rooms are air-conditioned.

Close to the spiez train station. Can reach by a bus. A modern and spacious hotel in a quiet neighbourhood area. The single room is the most spacious I have seen in my this Europe trip. Lots of shelving space to unpack the luggage. Have some hot breakfast too. Can see the lake. More cost effective than staying in interlaken

Location is good, rooms are clean, breakfast was good.
Our room didn't had Mountain View as stated. We received the smallest room while we were 3 persons. The "terrace" is just outdoor window shared with other rooms and we had smell of smoking cigarettes and other stuff coming to the room. If the window is closed - no air inside and very hot. A lot of mosquitos. The bed for child(which is foldable armchair) was dangerous because of metal frames in between.
